Summary"Keyfob WL/WS/LB Key fobs unable to be programmed at dealers. Please check current stock and verify a Blue ""OK"" mark on part label. If not present send part back to Mopar under RMA 8925-792 and replace with clean stock from Mopar. Some vehicles may exhibit DTC B1A0A-00 that has set erroneously and with no associated owner complaints. It is not recommended to replace any parts for this concern, all service parts will perform the same. Engineering is aware of a software issue that may set this false DTC for FOB 3 Performance when there may not even be a FOB 3 programmed to the vehicle. A software update is expected to be released within the 1st quarter of 2025 to correct this concern."

Summary"Radio Frequency Hub Module 25MY WL/WS built starting week of 6/9/25 may show up at dealerships with a message in cluster saying ""key fob left vehicle"" and while in RUN the vehicle may exhibit horn chips as if the fobs did leave even though they are still in the cabin. This is a known issue that is under investigation but will go away after the vehicle is brought out of shipping mode and into logistics."

SummaryUnderhood start/stop safety The customer may experience a Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illumination. Upon further investigation the technician may find the following Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC): - P152E Engine -Hood Switch 2 Circuit High. - DTC P152F Customers may also experience: - Start/Stop system warning light. - Start/Stop inoperable. - Remote start inoperable. Diagnosis: - Using a Scan Tool (wiTECH) with the appropriate Diagnostic Procedures available in DealerCONNECT/Service Library, verify all related systems are functioning as designed. If DTCs or symptom conditions, other than the one listed are present, record the issues on the repair order and repair as necessary before proceeding further with this bulletin. - If any vehicle exhibits any of the symptoms listed above in the customer symptom section, perform the Repair Procedure. - Special Tools/Equipment: wiTECH or equivalent. Repair Procedure: 1. Open the hood and locate the hood switch 2. Push in on the two locking tabs and pull them out. 3. Disconnect the wire connector from the switch. 4. Connect the wires to the same hood switch. 5. Push the switch back into the hold until both lock tab are engaged. 6. Clear all DTCs that may have been set in any module during this repair procedure. 7. In case the P152F/P152E DTCs persist, repeat the procedure with a new/spare/known good switch and repeat steps 5 and 6. 8. Replace switch installed during previous step for the original switch of the vehicle. If DTCs P152F/P152E are not present, leave the original switch installed and do not document the change of the switch in the repair process/narrative.

SummarySwitch - Power Window Before replacing the Window Switches (Termination AB Only), please follow these steps: 1.- Make sure all the switches are properly connected, disconnect the switch and reconnect it. 2.- In case the passenger/rear window switches are not working please, cycle the Door lock/Unlock Switches of the respective Switch (Lock and Unlock the doors at least 3 times) and try to roll the windows up and down. 3.- Check for what DTC are detected and take proper steps to diagnose the DTC's. if there are no DTC's then window switches can't be replaced.

SummaryFront Door Interior Panels: Warped Interior Door Panel / Broken Panel / Door Panel Not Fully Seated Observation: Would observe that the interior door panel is not properly seated or attached. Panel(s) may appear warped or out of position in some areas. No signs of damage should be expected. How to diagnose: Visually inspect the door panel(s) for proper installation and check for the presence of broken or loose clips. Remove the panel and inspect clips and clip towers. Next step would be reinstalling the panel if visual inspection does not find any issues. Repair Procedure: Require a picture of the door panel(s) in the 'as found' condition so we can understand what warped means in the claims that are being created. After, check the door panel for proper installation and for the presence of broken or loose clips. Remove the panel, following normal servicing procedure, and inspect clips and clip towers. If any clips are broken or missing, replace prior to reinstalling original door. After confirmation that no loose/broken/damaged clips and/or clip towers, and reinstalling door panels does not correct issue, then a 'front door trim panel' kit / claim would be acceptable. In this case, Stellantis would like to request the panel back. How to validate fix: Verify that door has no loose/broken/damaged clips and/or clip towers. Replace any broken/missing clips where possible. Then validate that reinstalling the interior door panel addresses initial issue made within the claim.
