  TIRES

  Pirelli Cinturato P7 All Season tires, size 255/35R20. I am requesting an immediate safety review and technical investigation regarding repeated failures of the Pirelli Cinturato P7 All Season tires installed on my Jaguar XF. The vehicle is equipped with Pirelli Cinturato P7 All Season tires, size 255/35R20. Three of the four tires from this set have now suffered serious failures involving sudden rapid air loss/blowouts and apparent tread or belt separation. On 8/24/26 this happened spontanously on I-35 going 70 mph causing an almost deadly crash. These have not been ordinary slow leaks. The failures have occurred suddenly and have created a serious safety concern. I am now extremely concerned about operating the vehicle on the fourth remaining matching tire. I have photographs of the remaining tire and can provide photographs via the service rep Joe@Jaguar and documentation regarding the previous failures, dealer repair/replacement records, mileage, tire pressures, and DOT/TIN information. Because three out of four tires have experienced serious failures, I am requesting that this matter be treated as an urgent potential safety-defect issue rather than simply as an individual road-hazard or routine warranty claim. The second failure was treated by Jaguar Dallas Darrick my service rep on July 14th , 2026(approx. 5 weeks earlier) with the first tire instance June 1, 2026. You can imagine how upsetting this is considering this happened twice while on I-35 going 70 mph. TWC is my tire warranty company and replaced the damaged wheel as well.

  ELECTRICAL SYSTEM

  While driving my vehicle on numerous occasions, I get the alert “Stop safely, electrical fault detected”. I have to pull over and rest my vehicle before driving again. If I continue to drive, the car shifts into neutral and loses power. This is very dangerous and it will stop anywhere while driving. I took it to the dealership in VA where I lived at the time in 2023. I was told there was no issue detected. I took it to the dealership in PA after I moved in 2024 and was told it could possibly be the alternator which was replaced. The error still occurs on and off since then. This began in November 2023, 3 months after buying the vehicle. The vehicle was new and I first started getting the alert at 3,000 miles. I am now at 16,000 miles. The problem is still occurring. It has recently got worse and quickly shifts into neutral without getting any warning, then I lose compete power. I was recently driving and my car shut down in the middle of the road with no warning at all. I was stuck on [XXX] . My car was towed to Jaguar and I have no updates yet. I just saw the recall for the F-Pace E-Pace and land rovers. My car is doing the same reported in the recall. I am aware they share the same part causing this recall, the DC-DC converter. My complaints to Jaguar get overlooked and I’m told everything is fine. They do not care about the safety of their customers.   Car stalls and jumps out of gear at takeoff leaving us in the middle of the intersection having to turn the car off and restarting it as cars are trying to go around, also car accelerates too high rpm when taking off at low speed

  STEERING

  My car pulls to the right very hard where I have to hold the steering wheel with both hands. It also pulls to the left very hard and again I have to hold the steering wheel with both hands. It's not out of line. It feels as though its in the power steering which I am a bit concerned. I think it's dangerous to drive. I tried to make an appointment with Jaguar Dealership Service and can't get in until the latter part of next week plus they don't have a loaner which I need. Its a new car (2022) so I feel we should not be having these problems.
