  Window glass cracked due to short drop not working. Driver/Passenger Door Control Module window lost calibration. Please follow the following steps: 1.- Check if DTC B2577-00 (Window Not Calibrated / Lost Calibration -) is triggered for Door Control Module (DDM/PDM) and indicate it in the claim. 2.- Read DID 0289 to know the last reason of window calibration loss and add it to the claim. 3.- Perform Door Control Module re-calibration or software update. Note: Only replace the DDM/PDM if these steps failed and issue remains.
