2018-2025 Toyota Misfire DTCs in Cold Temperatures TSB

Several gaskets and O-rings are also required for proper reassembly, including various Ring, O parts (90301-#####), Ring, O Vacuum Pump, No. 1 (29343-#####), Gasket, Fuel Pump Spacer (23224-#####), Gasket, Cylinder Head Cover (11213-#####), and Gasket, Camshaft Bearing Cap Oil Hole (11159-#####).

For diagnostic and programming purposes, a Techstream ADVi or Techstream Lite unit is required. The GTS+ Software version must be 2025.01.005.02 or later to ensure compatibility with the latest diagnostic procedures.

If your Toyota vehicle, specifically a 2018-2025 Toyota Camry, Avalon, Corolla, Corolla Cross, or RAV4, exhibits a MIL ON light with misfire DTCs during cold weather, it is recommended to contact your authorized Toyota dealer. This repair is covered under the Toyota Powertrain Warranty, which is in effect for 60 months or 60,000 miles, whichever occurs first, from the vehicle's in-service date.
