SummaryInformation: Due to an incorrect parameter set for both control units for PDCC, the PASM control unit can detect non-existent swaying of the chassis under certain driving conditions. As a result, the PDCC system is deactivated and the chassis is switched to Sportmode. If this happens, the yellow warning message "Chassis system fault - Visit workshop, Adapted driving permitted" will be displayed in the instrument cluster and the vehicle then permanently behaves like a chassis in Sport mode. Remedial Action: Re-program control units for PDCC using the PIWIS Tester with software version 36.000 (or higher) installed.

SummaryCustomer Concern: Certain vehicle systems have unwanted, unpredictable behavior. Technical Concern: The symptoms are difficult to diagnose. There may be multiple symptoms intermittently affecting multiple systems. Though this is not an exhaustive list, some common failure modes are: ? Start/stop issues ? Power windows not fully returning to the parked position after automatic preopening ? PCM audio stopping during a start/stop cycle Ultimately, the technician determines that low 12-volt battery voltage is the underlying root cause of the unwanted behavior. The technician corrects the battery?s low voltage. Consequently, the unwanted behavior ends.

SummaryIn the course of annual model improvements, various functionalities of the Porsche Communication Management (PCM) system have been enhanced, optimisations have been implemented and the general performance of the system has been further improved at the same time. These function enhancements and optimisations must be implemented retrospectively even for vehicles manufactured before the model improvement measures were introduced. To this end, the PCM software will be updated on the affected vehicles using an SD card. Due to the changes to the PCM, the instrument cluster must also be re-programmed using the PIWIS Tester in order to ensure consistency between the displays in PCM and the instrument cluster.
