SummaryCAMPAIGN BULLETIN Engine Control Module (ECM) Reprogram Regional (NV & AZ) Voluntary Service Campaign ***** Campaign Summary***** Nissan is conducting a Regional Voluntary Service Campaign to reprogram the Engine Control Module (ECM) on affected vehicles currently registered in Nevada and Arizona. The current programming may cause the air/fuel ratio to become excessively rich resulting in engine stop under certain high temperature and high altitude conditions. In addition, Nissan is asking dealers to inspect and, if necessary, replace the Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) valve on certain 2013-14 Nissan Sentra vehicles. ***** What Dealers Should Do ***** 1. Verify if vehicles are affected by this Voluntary Service Campaign using Service Comm or DBS National Service History - Open Campaign I.D. Due to the various models involved and the associated responsible manufacturing location of origin, there are three (3) separate campaign IDs with unique Campaign Bulletins for each model: - PC633 - PM827 - P8325 New vehicles in dealer inventory can be also be identified using DCS (Sales-> Vehicle Inventory, and filter by Open Campaign). - Refer to NPSB 15-460 for additional information NOTE: These campaigns are state-specific and limited to vehicles that are currently registered, or previously registered, in the state of Nevada or Arizona only. 2. Nissan requests dealers repair any affected vehicles in retailer new or pre-owned inventory to ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Dealers should use the appropriate repair bulletin for the applicable model as listed below to correct any vehicles subject to this campaign. 4. Once repaired, dealer should submit a warranty claim and release the vehicle.

SummaryVOLUNTARY SERVICE CAMPAIGN 2012 ? 2017 VERSA SEDAN; ECM REPROGRAM INTRODUCTION Nissan is conducting this voluntary service campaign on certain specific model year 2012-2017 Versa Sedan vehicles that are currently registered in the states of Arizona or Nevada. The Engine Control Module (ECM) software will be reprogrammed. This service will be performed at no charge to the customer for parts or labor. IDENTIFICATION NUMBER Nissan has assigned identification number PM827 to this campaign. This number must appear on all communication and documentation of any nature dealing with this campaign. DEALER RESPONSIBILITY Dealers are to repair vehicles falling within range of this campaign that enter the service department. This includes vehicles purchased from private parties, vehicles presented by transient (tourists) owners, and vehicles in a dealer?s inventory.

SummaryDriver & Passenger Inflator Field Quality Parts Collection Initiative Update This bulletin applies to vehicles registered in the states of Florida and Texas. ***** Collection Initiative Summary ***** Nissan launched a special parts collection activity on May 10, 2017 to replace the front driver and passenger Takata air bag inflators free of charge on specific MY2012 Versa (N17) vehicles registered in Florida and Texas. NOTE: Customers were informed that this parts collection activity was timelimited. Nissan communicated this activity would end once a sufficient number of in-use inflators had been collected. Nissan has collected a sufficient number of parts for this particular zone and will now close the initiative. Nissan wants to inform dealers that PM670 will conclude on November 15, 2017. The parts collection initiative will continue until November 15, 2017 in order to allow dealers sufficient time to complete any previously scheduled repairs. Dealers should not schedule any appointments beyond November 15, 2017 for this collection activity. Once all collection activities have concluded, Nissan will request return of any unused parts with a separate communication. ***** What Dealers Should Do**** 1. Service Comm will deactivate PM670 on any unrepaired VINs on November 15, 2017. Dealers should complete previously scheduled appointments at this time and not continue to complete or schedule additional vehicles beyond November 15, 2017. 2. Dealers should submit any open claims for this collection activity by November 15, 2017. 3. Dealers may continue to use NTB17-049 to service any previously scheduled vehicles subject to this activity until November 15, 2017. PLEASE NOTE: The return process for this collection activity is different than the normal Takata parts return process (NTB17-049, page 22).
