TIRES
Bridgestone Ecopia P255/45R22. Safety Concern for these tires, all 4 on my vehicle. Unable to control my vehicle at any speed above 25mph with these tires due to hydroplaning in any precipitation on roadway such as rain. Currently own a 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander SE and a 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander SEL both equipped with these tires and absolutely cannot safely drive these vehicles when it rains in any form of precipitation. The vehicle cannot keep traction on the roadway over 25mph and is sliding/hydroplaning from lane to lane and off the roadway.

After using the outlander for little over 500 miles a warning sign of Parking brake sensor failure occurs every time i stop at a red light. Error occurs for a flash second and is hard to capture when driving

FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE: ADAPTIVE CRUISE CONTROL, FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE: WARNINGS, LANE DEPARTURE: ASSIST
I bought my 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander brand new in March of 2023. I have several dashboard error messages, with huge safety issues. I took it to Mitsubishi and it was in the shop for 65 days and they told me they do not know how to fix it, it is what it is. They also told me I should not rely on the car, the features, and the dashboard. These errors have occurred at different times of day, mileage, and different temperatures. I have pictures for proof. With out these safety features it puts me, my husband, and three small children at risk.

STEERING
The direction of the car where the wheel is when I turn it on sounds like a (crack)when I stop and start it sounds too, I called the Dealer and they know the problem but Mitsubishi still does not have a solution, they told me that they are investigating and they are not doing anything nothing to correct the problem. The technician told me that he would call in 3 months in case there is any recall.

SEATS
On two instances,the plug under the driver seat controlling the seat functions became detached. On both occasions the seat pushed forward pushing the driver into the steering wheel making it nearly impossible to steer. Fortunately, I was stopped both times. This could have been catastrophic had I been going down the road. The dealer has temporarily wire tied the plug so it will not happen again and the have ordered a new wiring harness, which is on back order.

FUEL/PROPULSION SYSTEM, SERVICE BRAKES, POWER TRAIN
We (driver and passenger) were pulling into a parking lot and going very slowly about to stop and get out of car. Suddenly and unexpectedly the car accelerated out of control and at an abnormal speed. the air bags deployed, smoke filled the cabin. After the police arrived and the car was towed, Liberty Mutual Insurance Company took title to the car. We were lucky to survive because the car ran into a cement wall from the sudden acceleration and went up into the trees and then backed down and hit the ground. There was a police report and the car was inspected by a manufacturer's representative. Earlier in the day there was a warning on the dashboard that said the vehicle needed maintenance. The "black box" of the car was analyzed by Bosche Co. But, we would like an independent agency to review the black box of the car and get an explanation as to why this possibly happened to us. The car has many safety features but nothing aided us in this particular instance.

ON TWO SEPARATE OCCASIONS, I HAVE HAD THE FRONT DRIVER'S DOOR WINDOW GLASS AND THE FRONT PASSENGER DOOR WINDOW GLASS CRACK ON INTERSTATE 40. THIS HAS BEEN WHILE EXITING THE BRIDGE EASTBOUND AT THE EXIT FOR INTERSTATE 74 TO HIGH POINT. THERE IS AN ODD BUMP EXITING THE BRIDGE IN THE LEFTHAND LANE. IN BOTH INSTANCES, THE GLASS HAS HAD TO BE REPLACED. SAFELITE AUTO GLASS HAS STATED THAT THE GLASS APPEARS TO BE INFERIOR IN NATURE AND SHOULD NOT CRACK. THE VEHICLE HAS LESS THAN 5,000 MILES ON IT SO DOESN'T HAVE ANY UNNECESSARY WEAR AND TEAR.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
In any instance where the electronic shifter does not have power, vehicle cannot be placed into neutral manually to be pushed to safety. Vehicle shuts down, immobile, in place with no warning. I was in drive for approximately 30 minutes. I put the vehicle in park, then in reverse to back out of a parking space. The car was never turned off. When I went to put the vehicle into drive, the entire car lost power. There was no warning. The car was completely immobilized perpendicular to traffic. Because the shifter is entirely electronic, any time the vehicle loses power (battery, alternator, electrical issues, chip processor problem) the car cannot be placed into neutral and there is no manual override. The battery power failed with no warnings
