SummaryTSB: Lexus models equipped with the HDD Navigation (EMV-N) System require a Special Service Tool (SST) USB drive to update the map, points of interest, Gracenote®, and system software. The SST is used with all vehicles to deliver the update, however a unique Activation Number is required for each vehicle. Activation Numbers are provided in an Activation Card Number (ACN) pamphlet available through the normal parts ordering system.

SummaryTSB: Lexus models equipped with the HDD Navigation (EMV-N) System will periodically require an update to the Gracenote® Database. Gracenote® includes detailed information for songs (e.g., Genre, Artist, Song Title, Album Name, etc.). The Gracenote® update will be included on the Map Update SST. A Gracenote® update must be performed before a Navigation Map Update. A Navigation Map Update is not required to complete the Gracenote® update.

SummaryTSB: Lexus models equipped with Hard Disk Drive (HDD) Navigation may have their map data, Compact Disc Database (CDDB), and navigation head unit software updated using the Navigation Update Tool and the HDD Navigation Programs Installer. The Navigation Programs Installer is a PC application available on the Technical Information System (TIS) and must be installed on Techstream or an equivalent PC. The Navigation Update Tool is an essential service tool and the device must be properly configured before initial use. Follow the procedures in this bulletin to locate and install the HDD Navigation Programs Installer and properly configure the Navigation Update Tool. The HDD Navigation Programs Installer is a mandatory application that will be used to update the vehicle's map data, as well as the CDDB data. This bulletin will outline two processes that must be completed to prepare the Navigation Update Tool for initial use: ? Download and install the Navigation Programs Installer onto a PC. ? Perform initial setup of the Navigation Update Tool.

These high voltages are dangerous and can cause severe personal injuries, burns, electrical shock, or death, if proper safety precautions are NOT followed. As a policy, and to ensure safety, no Lexus dealership technician is qualified to service or repair hybrid vehicles until Lexus course L071 has been successfully completed.

SummaryTSB: 2015 model year CT 200h vehicles are equipped with a direct-type Tire Pressure Warning System (TPWS). Each tire (except spare tire) has a tire pressure warning valve/sensor that measures tire pressure. The data is transmitted to the Tire Pressure Warning System antenna/receiver and then to the Tire Pressure Warning System ECU. During Pre-Delivery Service (PDS), the tire pressure warning valves/sensors must be activated and the system initialized according to the procedure in this bulletin.
