Toyota Hosts Real-World Forza Horizon 6 'Barn Find' Event
Toyota announced an immersive 'Barn Find' pop-up event, 'Lost & Found: The Challenge,' at Westfield Century City. Celebrating the launch of Forza Horizon 6, the free public activation from May 30-31, 2026, allows fans to engage with a real-world Land Cruiser and gaming-inspired challenges.

Toyota is bringing a popular feature from the Forza Horizon 6 video game into the real world with a special pop-up event. Titled “Lost & Found: The Challenge,” this free public activation will take place at the Westfield Century City atrium plaza on Saturday, May 30, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Sunday, May 31, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
The event aims to blend the excitement of gaming with automotive culture, coinciding with the launch of the new Forza Horizon 6 game. It offers fans an opportunity to experience a key gameplay element firsthand.
Interactive Gaming Experience
The “Lost & Found: The Challenge” event transforms the iconic “Barn Finds” gameplay from the Forza Horizon series into an interactive, real-world experience. Attendees can explore a Japanese-themed barn, designed to mimic the game’s discovery missions where players uncover hidden vehicles by following clues.
Central to the experience is a Toyota Land Cruiser, a vehicle prominently featured throughout Forza Horizon 6 and on its cover art. Visitors will peer through cracks and hidden openings in the barn structure to find clues.
These clues relate to both the heritage of the Toyota Land Cruiser and mysteries inspired by the game’s narrative. The setup is designed as an engaging puzzle and discovery challenge for all participants.
Event Activities and Rewards
Those who successfully complete the interactive challenge will receive collectible prizes. They will also gain entry into sweepstakes for custom-branded Xbox Series X consoles and digital copies of Forza Horizon 6.
Beyond the main discovery challenge, the family-friendly event includes additional activities. Two playable racing simulators will be available, allowing attendees to test-drive Forza Horizon 6. The pop-up also features hidden Easter eggs and limited-edition merchandise giveaways.
Bringing Digital to Reality
This unique event was developed in collaboration with Intertrend Communications. It seeks to create a tangible connection between the digital world of gaming and the physical realm of car enthusiasts.
Owen Peacock, general manager of Vehicle Marketing & Communities at Toyota Motor North America, stated that Toyota trucks embody a spirit of adventure and innovation. He noted that this event connects those values authentically with both gaming and car culture communities.
By translating the excitement of Forza Horizon 6 into a real-world setting, Toyota aims to provide a memorable opportunity for fans to engage with the Land Cruiser. The event is open to the public and offers various entertainment options for all ages.
This initiative provides an immersive way for fans of both Toyota and the Forza Horizon franchise to celebrate the launch of the new game. It highlights the Land Cruiser’s role within the gaming world and its real-world appeal.
