My sunroof is loose and dealer said since your organization didn’t include my VIN for this recall, they will not address it. Can you please add my VIN. I’m experiencing exactly as described in your recall bulletin. Thank you!

Winning noise in rear end. We bought used noticed noise getting loader. Took vehicle to dealer. We were informed the rear Differential was bad and would have to be replaced. Vehicle has 61,198 miles on it. Wife drives car around town and on trips out of town. i was told they would have to get replacement form Germany. around $9,088. Dealership has helped with splitting cost $4,544.00. After checking around seems the Mercedes is having some problems with this part. When i escalated to Customer care at MB it took (4) phone calls from me to finally get a response from them. We affeered you half off and nothing there is nothing more we are going to do. But keep receipt incase a recalled happens?? Case # 03071039 (1-800-367-6372). This part should not be something that goes bad on a 2020 with 61,981 miles. Any help would be appreciated!!

The P052E error has popped up which requires the replacement of the PVC assembly. This is a known issue with these engines and causes the engine to run erratically. Mercedes knows that the issue is common. Please investigate and issue a recall if applicable.

Sunroof stopped working, no longer sits flush with vehicle, will not open. I’ve seen recalls for other models/years regarding unsafe sunroof, potential of detaching sunroof. I believe my vehicle should be included in this recall as well.

Backup Camera randomly power cycle while the transmission is in REVERSE. It was listed for recall for 2019-2021 models vehicle and it has showed up in my 2018 GLC 300. Contacted Dealer multiple times and was told software update would have fix it. Left the vehicle with dealer multiple times and each time was told software update has been performed per manufacturer instruction. Yet the problem continue. When the incident happen, the camera screen went back to multimedia/radio/navigation screen, and the camera screen came back on. During that time, i can hear the camera pop in and out of the rear hatch (where the camera is located). it is a safety concern and definitely need a closer look at it.

- #11552405October 28, 2023FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE: ADAPTIVE CRUISE CONTROL
My car has Distronic (radar cruise control), and it worked perfectly until I got my car back after routine maintenance (oil change) at my Mercedes Benz dealership in late summer of this year (2023). Now, the system is behaving dangerously aggressive, for example breaking too late for cars in front which have slowed or stopped in stop-and-go freeway traffic. It is acting like the dealership installed a software update for the wrong car (perhaps a lighter weight or lower powered car.) The system has become so disconcerting I've mostly stopped using it because it feels so unsafe.

I have noticed extreme gas odors in the cabin of my car, the gas odor is so horrific that even when I exit the car either outside or in my garage the odor remains. My car is housed in my garage and I'm very concerned regarding these fumes which fills up my garage because my home is attached. I researched on a web site that there has been complaints and consequently a recall ( 21V961000) ON 12-12-2021 FOR GLC 300,2016, But my vehicle did not receive a recall notice. I am concerned regarding possible fire or illness related to fumes being inhaled.

2023 Mercedes Benz GLC 300. Several Electrical, Braking, Collision, Check Battery related issues noted. At approximately 500 miles on vehicle battery system began sending critical voltage error messages to notification app after the vehicle had been turned off. --Owner recharged battery on front terminals. At various intervals, check engine light would come on while driving, sometimes for days at a time. Sometimes for less than an hour, sometimes for a day or so but not long enough to get into a MB Dealer.---MB has less than 5,000 Miles. At approximately, 3800 miles owner received notification on phone app that the vehicle had been involved in a crash while the vehicle was sitting in a parking spot in an open parking lot with no other vehicles surrounding it. Owner was looking at the vehicle at the time of the supposed crash. Owner walked around and assessed vehicle and called MB. MB online advisors advised to take car in to have inspected for a crash. At 5400 miles vehicle was parked for less than 30 minutes. Owner returned to car and attempted to start. All warning lights, sensors and bells began going off. Check engine, 12Volt electrical system, braking and emergency braking system warning, SOS warning, etc and etc. Owner cycled through all warnings. Vehicle believed it was on when it was off. Vehicle would not start. Owner then received critical 12 Volt battery low warning messages on phone App for car. Owner tried to call MB Me Connect but the operators could not hear owner over loud alarms. Vehicle would not allow owner to lock the car to leave to get assistance. Tow called. Vehicle would not electronically switch to Neutral to be pushed to better location for attempt at jump start. Front terminal would not jump start vehicle but left connected to charge. Vehicle boost used with jump start to finally start car. Next morning Check engine light still on, App sent message battery was low despite battery charger being on car overnight.
