SummaryTT: Some customers may encounter Bluetooth® connectivity concerns such as: ? Difficulty to pair the phone. ? Intermittent Bluetooth® failure to connect to the vehicle when first turning on the vehicle. ? Various Bluetooth® Audio functions are no longer functioning with customer?s phone such as ability to change the track using the steering wheel controls. These concerns can be caused by changes made on the customer?s phone. Make sure to inquire with the customer if the connectivity concerns occurred after receiving an operating system update on their phone or if they have restored their phone data/settings recently.

The paint stains may appear to be under the clear coat but are usually under wrinkles in the Rapgard?. The wrinkles may trap water and cause the paint to stain from the trapped moisture, especially on horizontal surfaces such as the hood, roof, and trunk. First type is generation 6 or 7 which utilizes HDD (Hard Disc Drive). Pioneer models that begin with NXH, have map data, operating system and other information in the Hard Disc Drive. With this system if a radio is being sent back for an exchange. The original Hard Disc Drive needs to be removed and installed into the newly serviced radio.

Service Bulletin No. L-SB-0074-14 is obsolete and any printed versions should be discarded. Lexus models equipped with the HDD Navigation (EMV-N) system require a Special Service Tool (SST) USB drive to update the map, points of interest, Gracenote®, and system software. The SST is used with all vehicles to deliver the update; however, a unique activation number is required for each vehicle. Activation numbers are provided in an Activation Card Number pamphlet available through the normal parts ordering system. Use the process described in this bulletin to perform the update.

SummaryTSB: REVISION NOTICE May 08, 2018 Rev1: * Applicability has been updated to include 2017 - 2018 model year vehicles. * The Introduction and Download/Installation Procedure sections have been updated. A download and installation are required to activate the Enform suite of apps and data services before they are used for the first time on new vehicles. The download and installation process may also be performed under other circumstances such as following a head unit replacement or after the customer's personal settings are erased. The download and installation process requires between 3 and 15 minutes to complete, depending on file size, cellular connection speed, and other factors. Following the download and installation procedure, individual Enform apps may periodically update through an over-the-air update system. Follow the procedure in this bulletin to perform the download/installation procedure and app updates.
