I was cruising down the street around 30 to 35 mph, when my gauge cluster started acting up and suddenly the motorcycle slipped out from underneath me and it caused me to crash.

While cruising at 70 mph the speed limit. I went over their minor bumps. It dropped into first gear digitally. (i.g. the gear sensor stopped working.) Which made my cruise control stop working. Another time, same spot but going 75 mph it killed my engine and gave me a trouble code. I found out it is rather common with this specific motorcycle. Rear brake switch leaks resulting in loss of brake fluid over time. Rear brake light does not activate as a result. Repair part is at least 6 months into the future

Cruise control disengages randomly. Gear indicator goes from 6th gear to 1st gear or displays -. This typically happens on interstate at 55-75mph and causes sudden engine braking with rapid deceleration. This creates a risk of getting rear ended at high rates of speed. This had been a common problem reported on forums for this model of motorcycle.

I was driving down the interstate with my cruise control on, and all of a sudden the motorcycle lost power and began to slow down and I couldn’t accelerate and had to make an emergency stop on the right hand side of the highway
