THE VEHICLE IS TILTED, CAUSING THE FUEL LEVEL SENSOR VALUE TO CHANGE WITHOUT THERE BEING A SPEED SIGNAL IN THE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER. AS A RESULT, THE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER PERCEIVES A REFUELING PROCESS. *PE
