SummarySupersedes Technical Service Bulletin Group 21 number 13-12 dated April 1, 2013. MIL on, DTC P0299 (Negative Pressure Deviation) is stored. Turbocharger waste gate flap has play. Under certain driving conditions, the linkage for the waste gate actuation can encounter excessive wear which leads to play at the waste gate flap. This leads to boost escaping through a loose flap, which sets DTC P0299 (Negative Pressure Deviation).

SummaryThe DTCs are stored due to an issue with the transmission control module software. Specific DFCCs are stored as a result of the following situations: - DTC P060A00 with DFCC 8692 can be logged when a driving mode (Drive or Reverse) is selected within one second of selecting Neutral, while the vehicle rolls at a speed less than 2 mph (such as when the vehicle is being maneuvered in or out of a parking spot). - DTC P060A00 with DFCC 8694 can be logged when the gear is quickly changed from Park to Neutral, due to a low diagnosis threshold. - DTC P060A00 with DFCC 12480 can be logged when the gear is changed using the Tiptronic function, due to a low diagnosis threshold.

SummarySupersedes Technical Service Bulletin Group 37 number 12-77 dated December 19, 2012. Customer may report transmission warning light is illuminated. In some cases, the vehicle will not move after being started and placed into gear. After key cycle, the vehicle drives without restriction. DTCs are stored in the transmission control module, J217 (02). If DFCCs do not match exactly, this TSB does not apply.

SummarySupersedes Technical Service Bulletin Group 91 number 13-77 dated March 7, 2013. Customer concern is that there is no sound (from all audio sources) when vehicle is operated above 6 to 10 mph. When the ignition is cycled and the vehicle is stationary, the audio will work until the vehicle is driven again. Only vehicles with Concert Radio (PR 8UQ) and standard sound system (PR 9VD) are affected.

SummarySupersedes Technical Service Bulletin Group 94 number 09-23 dated August 12, 2009. Headlight switch knob is pressed in. The switch functions correctly. The headlight switch knob was designed with a normal position and a pushed-in position. This is a deliberate design feature designed to avoid injuries in the event of a collision.

SummaryTechnical Background: Under extreme driving conditions (e.g. long idle periods or extended stop and go traffic), high temperatures build up in the rail system and can lead to steam bubbles in the fuel. This causes temporary drops in fuel pressure, causing DTC P008700 (fuel rail pressure too low) to be stored. Freeze frame data will indicate those extreme driving conditions: coolant temperature is above 102? C. Production Solution: Software to optimize the cooling strategy to solve this issue is currently in development.

SummarySupersedes Technical Service Bulletin Group 01 number 13-74 dated March 12, 2013. Customer may report MIL on and loss of performance. Under extreme driving conditions (e.g. long idle periods or extended stop and go traffic), high temperatures can build up in the rail system and may lead to fluctuations in fuel pressure, possibly causing DTC P008700 (fuel rail pressure too low) to be stored. Coolant temperature above 102°C in the freeze frame data can be an indicator of those extreme driving conditions.
