Nissan Formula E Team Returns to Sanya E-Prix

The Nissan Formula E Team is preparing to compete in the Sanya E-Prix, which marks Round 11 of the 2025/26 ABB FIA Formula E World Championship. This event signifies the series' return to Hainan Island, China, for the first time in seven years. The team arrives in Sanya following a successful run, securing three podium finishes in the last four races, including a victory at the recent Monaco E-Prix with driver Oliver Rowland.

The Sanya E-Prix will feature a slightly modified circuit compared to its last appearance in 2019. The track length has been increased from 2.236 kilometers to 2.52 kilometers, with adjustments primarily in the first half of the circuit, including an additional corner in the opening turns. Teammate Norman Nato will be racing in Sanya for the first time.
