HRC Formula R Engine Oil Now Available for Honda, Acura

Honda Racing Corporation USA (HRC US) has introduced its first consumer engine oil line, HRC Formula R, developed in collaboration with Phillips 66. This new full synthetic oil is now available for purchase at Honda and Acura dealerships nationwide, with sales beginning June 15. The Acura HRC Formula R oil line aims to bring racing-inspired technology to everyday driving for both Honda and Acura owners.

The HRC Formula R oil line was developed to provide enhanced protection, durability, and performance for modern Honda and Acura engines. Available viscosities include 0W-16, 0W-20, 0W-40, 5W-20, 5W-30, and 10W-30. The 0W-40 formulation is notably derived from the same oil used in the championship-winning IMSA Civic Type R TCR race car.
