3. Photo Documentation: Before installing the new ITM, technicians must take a STUI (Service Technical Update Information) photo showing the new QQH part alongside the removed old part. This photo must then be uploaded to STUI for repair validation.
4. Coolant System Bleed: After replacement, an "ITM Coolant Filling Method" must be performed using the GDS. This involves starting the vehicle and entering the "Integrated Thermal Module Coolant Filling Mode" to fully air bleed the cooling system. The GDS will display specific enable conditions for this mode, including ignition on, engine running, transmission in Park with parking brake on, vehicle speed at 0 km/h, and coolant temperature at 90°C or under.
5. DTC Erasure: An All-Systems Fault Code search is performed, and any historical DTCs are erased.
