SummarySOFTWARE UPDATE POP-UP NOTIFICATION SERVICE INFORMATION The infotainment system of the applied vehicle has the ability to update its software through an over-the-air (OTA) link. As software updates become available for new features, and/or patches, the software update screen (pop-up) shown in Figure 1 will automatically be displayed. Much like cell phone and computer updates, this is a normal feature which allows the user to choose when an update is downloaded. ï· It is recommended that while in dealer inventory and this pop-up appears, that â Yesâ is selected to provide the latest software version to the customer at delivery. NOTE: If the ignition is turned OFF in the middle of a download, it will automatically restart when the ignition is turned back ON. When one of the following is selected: Yesâ¦..The pop-up is hidden and the download starts in the background. Laterâ¦The pop-up is hidden and displayed again in the next key cycle (after cold start).

Summary2014-2020 ROGUE; NO AIR FLOW FROM VENTS DUE TO SNOW BUILD-UP IF YOU CONFIRM Or the customer states there is no air flow from any of the HVAC vents And There is snow build-up in and around the blower motor air inlet, behind the cowl. ACTION 1. Remove all snow, water, and debris from the blower motor inlet, cowl area, and where the blower motor mounts. 2. Clean or replace the blower motor as needed. 3. If the blower motor does not work on all speed settings, replace the variable blower control (fan resistor). 4. If not already equipped: Install the cowl and wiper pivot filters listed in PARTS INFORMATION on the last page of this bulletin.

Affected vehicles are subject to stop sale and are either currently in dealer inventory or assigned and in transit to the dealer. ***** What Dealers Should Do ***** 1. Verify if vehicles currently in dealer inventory are affected by using Service Comm or National Service History â Open Campaign I.D. PC715. ï· - New vehicles in dealer inventory can also be identified using DBS (Sales-> Vehicle Inventory, and filter by Open Campaign). ï§ - Refer to NPSB 15-460 for additional information ï· - Please continue to check newly arriving inventory for campaign applicability. 2. Please do not drive, loan, sell or trade the specific vehicles in Dealer Inventory subject to this Quality Action. 3. Dealers should use the Electronic Service Manual (ESM) procedure to remedy any vehicle affected by this quality action. 4. SummaryWhite Paint Class Action Owner Notification Dealer Notification In October, owners of white Nissan Rogues produced between January 11, 2013 and April 23, 2013, will receive a notice from a settlement administrator informing them of the terms of a proposed class action settlement. The settlement, if approved by the presiding court, could extend the warranty on the paint for four years and provide a one-time full vehicle repaint (subject to a copay). Eligible owners can also obtain coverage for any reasonable and necessary rental car coverage arising from the repaint, or reimbursement of amounts previously incurred for a one-time repaint and any reasonable and necessary rental car services arising from the repaint. The settlement also provides for eligibility in Nissanâs Vehicle Purchase Program. To be clear, unless and until the proposed settlement is approved by the presiding court, there is no warranty extension or other remedy and you should proceed with paint-related claims in the ordinary course. The proposed settlement, and the associated potential warranty extension, include many terms and conditions. Rather than attempting to address questions about the proposed settlement terms from customers, Nissan recommends dealers refer customers to the website listed below. This will enable owners to receive information from appropriate sources and avoid providing incorrect and/or incomplete information to customers. The website is currently live and available to inquiring customers. ***** What Dealers Should Do ***** 1. No action is necessary at this time.
