NOTES: - The description under IF YOU CONFIRM must exist for this bulletin to apply. - If determined the passenger seatback frame will be replaced: - The headrest, seatback pad, seatback frame bolts, and side airbag nuts must also be replaced. - The seatback trim and seatback board will be reused. - Do not replace the seat cushion and frame assembly or complete seat assembly. SERVICE INFORMATION If a CD/DVD Player incident is noted, a possible cause may be improper CD/DVD disc care, condition, or usage. This bulletin provides updated CD/DVD Player operation instructions to avoid potential incidents/customer concerns caused by improper care and usage of CD/DVD discs. To aid in solving customer concerns, use the guidelines in this bulletin when speaking to customers or inspecting incident vehicles. - Customers must not use discs that are warped, scratched, chipped, cracked, have abnormal edges or are otherwise damaged. Damaged or poor condition discs may cause the Player internal mechanism to jam or have optical pick-up errors. NOTE - Do not make a Warranty claim against a Player that will not play damaged or poor condition discs as described in this bulletin. See this bulletin for further detail.

IF YOU CONFIRM One or more of the following is occurring on an Applied Vehicle: -- Audio streaming via Bluetooth is "choppy" or "clipped." -- "Calculating Route" takes an extended period of time (2-5 minutes) to complete. -- "Could not find a route" displays when attempting to calculate a route. -- Voice Recognition sequence takes too many steps. -- Voice Recognition has difficulty recognizing voicetags. -- The Navigation system reboots. -- XM NavTraffic is slow to report. -- "Handset Phonebook" access is slow. -- When a hands-free call via Bluetooth is in progress and another call comes in ("call waiting"), there is no function available to answer the incoming call. -- Caller ID is not available when a hands-free call via Bluetooth is in progress and another call comes in. ACTION 1. Perform steps 1-7 of Confirm Navigation Program Version in the Service Procedure to verify whether or not this bulletin applies. 2.
