My AWD system is lit up. I saw that this was a reported issue by Honda that there’s issues with the rear differential motor. AWD Light ON: DTC C1851-1E/DTC C1851-18 Stored They should consider this a recall.

With keyless transmitter in my possession…Intermittent Attempts to start the vehicle can be almost impossible due an extremely firm brake pedal with high resistance. First attempt.. extremely firm brake pedal with high resistance…pressing the start button… no results. Second attempt brake pedal will have a slight “give” .. pressing the start button only results in all dash warning/ inspection lights illuminating. Third attempt usually results in the vehicle starting normally. In an attempt to remedy the problem… I have replaced the start/stop button… problem still persists. Have read numerous articles and posts in forums and on the internet that other owners of various Honda models with the push button start switches experiencing the same issue. I have contacted my local Honda dealer… they state to date they have not had any customer reports of this problem … However… …. contacting an independent Honda repair shop reveals they in fact have had customers report this issue. When this happens… there is no warning… no illumination of DTC lamps on the dash… intermittent… but very concerning

All warning lights are active on the dash touch screen and the IP. The warning is audible and visual and cycling rapidly and very annoying. Dangerous when driving as a distraction making driving after dark very dangerous. This is the second time in a year this same problem has happened. We are the original owners of the car bought from Art Mohen Honda in Jackson Michigan in 2017. The first incident was intermittent and the touch screen would clear. unrelated to the computer problem we we in a collision and during the repair process the car was taken to Art Mohen Honda and faults were cleared on the computer. This lasted 7 months and now the computer is in complete fault as described above.

Vehicle applied brakes for no apparent reason. Took it to dealer who said they made a repair, however the same issue has occurred since. Must disable AEB each time I get in car for fear it will try to brake in heavy traffic and I will get rear ended.

I was unable to remedy this safety recall for my vehicle in a timely manner. The dealers told me they didn’t have the parts necessary for my impeller until the end of this summer. However, the paper I received about my safety recall states that for the first appointment, which I made, will have my situation fixed within two months. The end of the summer is not two months. Moreover, when I made my first appointment on March 15, 2024, they initially cancelled it before I made another appointment to which they told me the parts would only be available at the end of the summer. If this isn’t fixed soon by the end of the summer, this highly raises my concern about the safety of driving this vehicle for both me and my family.

Purchased our 2014 CR-V [XXX], used one owner, 55301 mileage. Very little driving the next three years due to the pandemic. Summer of 2023 we were driving from Buffalo to [XXX] , first 30 miles, severe hesitation, amber lights on, until reaching 70mph. Hesitation stopped but lights stayed on. By August the TPMS indicator, malfunction indicator lamp and other lights came on, again. We reset according to the manual, but this was just the beginning of this process happening over and over again. During dealer testing Code PO 341 came up. Had it tested at another place before taking it to West Herr Honda and was told needed Timing chain replacement with VTC. This was done at a cost of $2232.06 with car mileage of 63159. We were sad and disappointed. Research shows that Honda is very much aware of over 500 plus recorded problems with the 2014 CR-V not to mention unreported problems. The model should be recalled before lives are lost. Car still hesitates but evidently due to a different problem. I bought my brand new 2024 CRV EX-L in March 2024. From day one the driver side mirror has vibrated at speeds of 40 or over. When I’m on the highway at 65-70 it moves so much it blurs the image. It is very difficult to look at the mirror while it moves and at night it is even more dangerous. I took it to the Service Center at Hamilton Honda in Hamilton, NJ and they said they noticed a slight vibration. However, they were not concerned because I could still see through the mirror. It was obvious they were aware and had likely heard of the issue before. Since they had no solution, they made it seem as if it was not a big deal and I should just live with it. Quite a disappointing experience from a serve department. I’ve had Toyotas and a Mazda and was always treated very well by their service departments. Frankly this experience with Honda was the worst. It seems that Honda has had the mirror issue with other vehicles in 2020-2022 and recalls were issued. Therefore, it appears Honda is aware of the safety issue regarding the mirror.

Tried calling the advertised number on your website: 1 888 327 4236 for online complaints but its rings and stops. I have been receiving letters from Honda for a couple of months for a safety recall pertaining o fuel pump. In this period, I took my vehicle ([XXX], 2024) for major servicing and my vehicle was not serviced for recall quoting "Unavailability of spare parts". This month ([XXX], 2024) specifically scheduled my vehicle for safety recall servicing. Got a call from the dealer again stating "Unavailability of spare parts" and that they will call me. I have received a recall notice from Honda again yesterday. In effect, they are complying with NHTSA recall, however not servicing vehicles on the ground for no fault of the consumer. Given the seriousness of the problem, I fear my vehicle might just stall one day. INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)
