The twin panel sunroof has water leaks threw the factory installed rivets on the rail causing electrical shortages and which can lead to a fire hazard water and electrical do not mix ford needs to redesign these sunroof rails to prevent water from seeping threw the cracks of the factory installed rivets

VEHICLE SPEED CONTROL
problem with speed control,will not turn on sometimes,turns off by itself while being used and then can not be turned back on. sometimes after it shuts off while using it will let you use the resume button but you can not adjust the speed and after using it like this it will shut off again and then it will not rest until you turn off the engine and restart it , then the whole process starts over again or not because it will not turn on at all. this problem started May 2022 and has persisted til now June 2023 Ford dealers are no help just want your money with no fix should be a recall

WHEELS
The wheels have be change twice over the 78000 current miles, I am the original owner. The Lug Nuts are now difficult to remove and some impossible. The tire iron socket no longer fits any of the lug nuts. Reported widely on the internet, the OEM lug nuts swell and require replacement. I could not find replacements they, are in such demand. Called Ford to see if replacements are offered. They said no, but redesigned solid steel lug nuts are available for over $140 plus tax for 24. This is a safety issue. I am making long drives in remote areas of Nevada and not being able to repair a flat tire is a terrific safety issue. These lug nuts should be recalled for being unsafe. recently tried to replace the brakes and was unable to remove the tires for service.

difficulty shifting into and out of 4th gear, and skipping gears. Ultimately would not shift into 3rd gear and was taken to shop where mechanic told me a complete rebuild/reman was required. The mileage is only 78K. ridiculous.

On the contrary, the cruise control would suddenly turn off the vehicle when active. The failure occurred intermittently and at various speeds. There were no warning lights displayed. The contact took the vehicle to the dealer who could not identify the failure's cause. The vehicle had not been repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and referred them to NHTSA. My 2018 Ford F-15 XLT has been having transmission severe issues. This model has a 10 speed transmission and it will randomly go into neutral and abruptly jerk into gear. This happens when it's shifting into multiple gears. When at an intersection, taking off from a complete stop, it jerks into the first gear then goes into neutral (preventing the vehicle from moving while traffic is coming and going from multiple directions) until it ultimately abruptly jerks into the next gear. This behavior is consistent and severe. From limited research, this is apparently a known issue with Ford; however, they have not issued any recalls. One suggested fix is to have the dealership "re-program" it; however, reviews on results show it's either the same or worse after the re-programming.

During steady state low-load extended drive on freeway, engine pushed out oil dipstick and all oil out of dipstick tube with no warning. Engine rattled then seized while on the highway, requiring a tow. There were no warnings prior to the "low oil pressure" light that preceded the engine stopping.

Complete loss of front brakes I would’ve crashed my car if there was any traffic coming through the intersection. I’ve ran through two red lights and almost rear-ended somebody. Ford has already done a recall on my vehicle for this issue, but somehow my Vin number was not included. While driving, received alert that the brake fluid level was low. After further review and adding brake fluid, it appears to have the same symptoms of Safety Recall 20S31 where brake fluid is leaking from the master cylinder into the brake booster but no physical evidence of a leak within the system The brake system would have basically failed with potential risks of an accident which would cause injury due to failure from being able to stop. Fortunately I parked the vehicle immediately. Ford does not recognize my truck as part of this recall but it has the same similar issues as the recall states.

I took my 2018 ford f-150 to my dealers service center for the 6 month service.I was told by the service clerk the mechanic was having trouble removing the wheels lug nuts because they were swollen.These are two piece steel and aluminum lug nuts.In removing these lug nuts to rotate the tires the impact wrench and socket has caused lug nuts to swell up.I am concerned about the safety of these lug nuts being able to secure the wheels.Ford motor company has not made a recall on the lug nuts but I have seen and heard of numerous complaints about the problem.It is impossible to get these lug nuts off with the standard lug wrench supplied by the ford factory. please investigate why ford has not made a recall. Plastic connector that connects the stainless steel fuel line to a plastic fuel line failed while I was driving. Fuel was sprayed over the undercarriage and exhaust system. The truck came to a stop on the road when I slowed down but continued to leak fuel. Approximately 15 gallons of fuel was lost. There were no warnings other than the smell of gasoline. I will be taking the vehicle along with the failed connector which I removed to the dealership on Tuesday,
