Customers may experience one or more of the following:?Navigation Failed? message is displayed. Navigation is inoperative or inaccurate. CD player will not play songs and/or locks up the radio. Washer Fluid Level Sensor Prior to replacing this part due to "Low Washer Fluid" tell tale light on the dash and the washer fluid bottle is full, please perform the this inspection. Inspect the sensor for a fluid coating on the sensor pins. Orange colored rain repellant can cause this fluid build-up. Clean the pins, drain the reservoir, and fill with Mopar approved washer fluid. Check to determine if the issue has been resolved. Continue with repair if necessary. Also, please inform the customer not to use Rain-X in the system to avoid this issue. Service - Four Piece Oil Pan Gasket All Cummins Equipped Vehicles ONLY - The replacement oil pan gasket can be a four piece gasket rather than a single piece gasket. This applies to Cummins 5.9L and 6.7L engines only. Installation: 1. Clean the oil pan T-joints.~ 2. Fill the T-joint between the pan rail/gear housing and pan rail/rear seal retainer with sealant. Use Mopar® Silicone Rubber Adhesive Sealant or equivalent. 3. Apply a 2-mm [0.063-in] bead of Mopar Engine Sealant RTV Silicone Rubber Adhesive, to the oil pan flange.~ 4. The four piece gasket will need to be assembled to make a complete oil pan gasket. 5. Lay the oil pan gasket(s) onto the oil pan flange.~ 6. Ensure the oil pan gasket segment joints are properly aligned. 7. Apply a 2-mm [0.063-in] bead of Mopar Engine Sealant RTV Silicone Rubber Adhesive, to the top of the oil pan gasket.~ 8. Install the oil pan. Starting from the center and working outward, tighten the oil pan bolts to 28 N·m [21 ft. lbs.].

MY16 RA3 & RA4 Replacement Radios All MY16 RA3 and RA4 replacement radios must be ordered through the exchange process at United Radio. DO NOT order a NEW radio from Mopar. Go back and order a "Z" level part number. (example: Z8249986A$) The MY16 replacement radios must be reconfigured by United Radio to the wireless network provider in order for Uconnect Apps to work properly.

RG3 RG4 RJ3 RJ4 Radio EnhancementsThis bulletin involves inspecting and if required, updating the radio software.A small number of customers may experience one or more of the following: · Blind Spot module beep or chime sound may be heard continuously (KL Only). · Radio may keep the CAN bus network awake, causing a battery drain. · Voice Recognition (VR) to set temperature, will indicate wrong setting to rear seat temperature.· Not possible to set temperature in degrees Celsius using the VR (UK vehicles only). · Teleprompter does not appear when pressing the VR button.· VR operation cancels while in media mode. · Radio may display camera?s previous image before displaying the current image. · Navigation lost vehicle position during route calculation. · Navigation displays are missing after vehicle heading changes. · Navigation giving incorrect guidance to exit the highway. · FM audio may switch to AM after ignition cycle. · Text messages appear as sender?s phone number not their name. · VR phone button may not work at times. · Audio muted after AUX device is disconnected. · VR ?Listen? to text will only play 1st message. · Drive Mode: Eco, Sport or Normal setting may not be saved after key cycle (LA, LD, LX and ZD Only). Drive Mode: Shift light On/Off, out of sync (LA, LD, LX and ZD Only). · Speed adjusted volume may not work.· AM/FM seek or tuner soft keys may be missing.· Display screen shows ambient temperature as ?- - ? not normal values.
