ENGINE
[XXX] I WAS GOING DOWN THE INTERSTATE AND THE STABILITRAK, TRACTION CONTROL, CHECK ENGINE LIGHTS ALL CAME ON. ENGINE REDUCED POWER LIGHT CAME ON I LOST ALL POWER OF THE VEHICLE, I WAS IN HEAVY TRAFFIC AND FORCED OFF OF THE ROAD BECAUSE MY ENGINE DIED. I WENT FROM DOING 70 MPH DOWN TO 10 MPH AND CAME VERY CLOSE TO GETTING REAR ENDED. This would have caused a chain reaction rear end crash with multiple vehicles. WHEN I GOT TO THE SHOULDER OF THE ROAD I WASN'T ABLE TO GET MY VEHICLE STARTED. I waited about 10 minutes tried it again. It turned over with yellow engine light remaining on. THIS HAS HAPPENED ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS. 1 HAVE SEEN WHERE THIS IS A PROBLEM IN THIS YEAR MODEL OF THIS VEHICLE AND WONDERING WHY IT HASN'T BEEN RECALLED YET BY THE MANUFACTURER BEFORE SOMEONE LOSES THERE LIFE. This is my only vehicle and I feel that it is unsafe to drive. I have a one year old granddaughter and her safety is at risk. Please help fix this problem as we need a car to drive. Driver side window stopped working , then passenger window is glitchy, driver side door buttons are not working along with windshield wipers. Replaced battery and did testing to make sure power was getting to components . No check engine lights , no codes or warning issues.

I got the recall letter in June but there still aren't parts to fix it they say , it's the only vehicle I drive but it is terrifying that the airbag is dangerous! I just want it fixed before it hurts or kills one of us, the service airbag light comes on once in a while and stays on longer each time it comes on.

We asked for a rental car since our current vehicle is potentially lethal for my wife and children. They were unwilling to provide that. we now have a vehicle that is potentially deadly that we have no remedy for and no solution for transporting our family safely

Chevrolet recalled the airbag in my 2014 Chevrolet Traverse in May due to faulty mechanisms that may release shards of metal during airbag deployment: Takata airbag inflators. After multiple phone calls to both my local Chevrolet dealer and corporate, noone is able to assist me with this matter. The replacement part is unavailable, and they cannot say when it will be available. They are offering no remedy in the interim, e.g. no rental car, etc. I also inquired about the order in which owners would be eligible for replacement when the part is ready, and no information was available. In my last phone call to Chevrolet Customer Service, I was read a statement in which they claimed that customer safety was their first concern, however, it has been three months since the recall and my family is still at risk of serious injury/ death driving in our vehicle.

SERVICE BRAKES, ELECTRICAL SYSTEM, EXTERIOR LIGHTING
The vehicle has a brake light over the hatch but no bottom brake lights. Replaced bulbs and fuses and brake light switch and still no brake lights. Took it to a shop and they don't know what's wrong. After getting gas I crunk car, put it in drive and car started going in reverse and front air wouldn't work either but back air did. It seems to be an electrical issue. Just got vehicle in June of 2023. The brake light issue needs attention immediately very dangerous. I've been behind an Acadia and an Equinox and noticed they don't have bottom brake lights either. The spare tire is also too low and squeaky when operating vehicle and can fall of while driving. Please fix these issues it's very dangerous and very upsetting.
