  Autocar, LLC (Autocar) is recalling certain 2022-2027 ACX (Xpeditor) vehicles equipped with Cummins L9 diesel engines, part number D563027BX03. The remote fuel filter hoses may separate from the fitting, causing a fuel leak and an engine stall.

  Remedy

  Cummins will replace the fuel hoses, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed December 17, 2026.   Autocar, LLC (Autocar) is recalling certain 2025-2026 ACX (Xpeditor) vehicles. The winter front cover may interfere with the forward collision warning (FCW) system.

  Remedy

  Autocar, LLC (Autocar) is recalling certain 2023-2026 ACX (Xpeditor) vehicles. Contact with the drive line yoke may damage the Electronic Stability Control (ESC) unit.

  Remedy

  Autocar will relocate the ESC unit, free of charge. Interim owner notification letters explaining the safety risk were be mailed March 27, 2026.   Autocar, LLC (Autocar) is recalling certain 2015-2022 ACTT (Xspotter) and ACX (Xpeditor) vehicles. The air tanks have an insufficient volume of air for the brake system. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 121, "Air Brake Systems."

  Remedy

  Dealers will inspect and replace or add additional air tanks as necessary, free of charge. Interim owner notification letters explaining the safety risk were mailed August 29, 2025.
