SummarySome customers of 2023 – 2025 model year RX 350h, RX 500h, and 2024 – 2025 model year TX 500h vehicles may experience one or more of the following complaints when the low fuel level warning light illuminates: • The total amount of fuel dispensed during refueling is less than the customer expects when the fuel nozzle automatically clicks off, preventing the customer from being able to put as much fuel into the tank as expected. • The low fuel level warning light illuminates earlier than the customer expects. • The driving range is reduced compared to customers’ expectations, resulting in more frequent refueling than customers anticipate. The combination meter software logic has been updated to help meet customer expectations.
