EQUIPMENT:ELECTRICAL:INFOTAINMENT:VIDEO (TOUCH)SCREEN/MONITOR/UNIT
Infoentainent center screem going blank all the time they tell me that I need a "factory" radio replacement there been so many complaints about this problem and other with stellantis products. They know about it but refuse to fix it . There needs to a recall on all stellantis products. Like 2020 Renegade delamination of the screens been told by many mechanics this is a common problem. Blank screens are also common problem. But they refuse to fix it with recall. Many of us don't have 1700 to 2300 dollars in to fix this which will happen again. Unless we go other route. But if they know about this so called common problem why don't they fix it or pay for us to fix the problem our with a new gel free infoentainent center screen. You can look up all the pics people post to see the problem. So I do need of any of mine .

ENGINE, POWER TRAIN
-Timing Chain. Yes it is available for inspection. The jeep Renegade with the issue is a 2020 (in serv, in August 2020) -While driving the Timing Chain broke and we lost all engine power and power steering, barely making it to the shoulder of the road without causing an accident. I have meticulously cared for this car through oil changes, transmissions flushes, and general upkeep. A Timing Chain is supposed to last the lifetime of a vehicle. Not 50,000 miles. Instant loss of engine power and power steering could have cost us our lives while driving at 70 mph or someone else's by causing an accident. - Vehicle is sitting with Jeep dealership now. -warning light came on briefly before the catastrophic failure.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
Infotainment system is highly defective even after replacement. The screen goes black, shows white lines and you're left unable to use your backup camera! After doing research this problem stems all the way back to 2016 renegades with the same system.

ENGINE
My 2020 Jeep Renegade has been burning a quart of oil every 1,000 miles or so. Im sure many people do not check it as consistently as i do. Burning oil im sure is hard on the spark plugs, catalitic converters, and the emissions.

ENGINE
Vehicle has an oil leak due to a faulty vacuum pump and gasket which is causing the vehicle to leak an excessive amount throughout the engine and other components. It was seen by a repair shop and they pinpointed the leak. This could cause an engine to stall while driving if not fixed soon which could potentially involve being in a accident to cause injury and or even death. The leak first appeared in August 2025 and can not be driven until fixed. This issue is also happening to my husbands vehicle which is the same as mine.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
Backup Camera/Radio/UConnect screen is glitching to where I can no longer see the backup camera when in reverse, and can no longer see what is playing on the radio. This started happening less than 3 months ago, when the heat started ramping up. Backup camera is a safety mechanism, and while using the rear view mirrors is fine, the backup camera should work without fail.

ENGINE
Engine stalled in much the same way as numerous other owners are describing on this forum. It happened on the freeway at 70mph in cruise control. Engine instantly killed, NO check engine light, dealership ran codes and found no errors. Very dangerous. Can Stellantis please diagnose this and get a recall. I don't trust this car and stopped driving it.

FUEL/PROPULSION SYSTEM
My car system simply failed in the middle the road while driving. I had More than enough gas as well as great battery in the car. My car would not turn over to completely start but will turn on just to have a battery use. During my car stopping in the middle of the street many cars almost rammed into the back of me because i could Not get the car to turn on or move. Following this a tow truck by AAA came to get my car and tow it to Jeep dodge and ram in Greensboro, NC where it was then inspected and stated that it has a fuel pump failure which is heartbreaking because i have Had the car for only 4-4 1/2 years. With amazing maintenance on it

UNKNOWN OR OTHER, BACK OVER PREVENTION: WARNINGS
The screen began glitching for a week. By the end of the week, the middle of the screen turn back. It is a hazard when reversing as you cannot see pedestrians or how far objects are due to the blackout. Moreover, when using navigation, the road for traffic is not visible so it is a safety hazard. It was review at a Jeep dealership after I took my car in for a recall. My vehicle is ready for inspection and it has not been reviewed by insurance or police.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
The screen for the back-up camera doesn't work at all. The touch screen still works if you know where everything should be on the display but there's is no visual input at all. Just a black screen. This is exceptionally dangerous in such a large vehicle because backing up without that camera could result in serious injury or death of pedestrians, especially children.
