  SEATS:FRONT ASSEMBLY:HEAD RESTRAINT

  Volvo Car USA, LLC (Volvo Car) is recalling certain 2025-2026 EX30 and 2026 EX30CC vehicles. The head restraint cushion may detach during a crash.

  Remedy

  Dealers will apply an adhesive to reinforce the head cushion attachment, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed November 30, 2026. Owners may contact Volvo Car’s customer service at 1-800-458-1552. Volvo Car’s number for this recall is R10396. Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) involved in this recall became searchable on NHTSA.gov on October 9, 2026.

  SEAT BELTS:FRONT:WARNING LIGHT/DEVICES

  Volvo Car USA, LLC (Volvo Car) is recalling certain 2025-2026 EX30 and 2026 EX30CC vehicles. The seat belt warning system may not activate the audible warning chime as intended. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 208, "Occupant Crash Protection."

  Remedy

  Dealers will replace the terminals at the audio module connector, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 26, 2026. Owners may contact Volvo Car’s customer service at 1-800-458-1552. Volvo Car’s number for this recall is R10365.
