2016-2019 TITAN XD DIESEL; FUEL FILTER MAINTENANCE This bulletin applies only to vehicles equipped with a Cummins 5.0L V8 diesel engine. SERVICE INFORMATION The Stage 1 and Stage 2 fuel filters must be replaced every 10,000 miles or a restriction may develop. DTCs P008A, P00C6, P0087 and/or a whining noise from the Stage 1 Fuel Filter Module may be present due to a restriction in the Stage 1 and/or Stage 2 fuel filters. NOTE: An inoperable or whining Stage 1 Fuel Filter Module that has not had the fuel filters regularly replaced as per the Owner?s Manual Maintenance schedule is not a warrantable repair. Before proceeding with any fuel system restriction diagnosis: - Confirm that both of the vehicle?s Stage 1 and Stage 2 fuel filters have been replaced at the correct service intervals, as per the Owner?s Manual Maintenance schedule. IMPORTANT: Warranty claim submissions for a Stage 1 Fuel Filter module will be denied if the Stage 1 and/or Stage 2 fuel filters have not been replaced per the Owner's Manual maintenance schedule.

2016-2018 TITAN/TITAN XD; VISIBLE VIBRATION IN FRONT PASSENGER SEAT AT 60-80 MPH WHEN UNOCCUPIED IF YOU CONFIRM The front passenger seat has a visible vibration/movement that only occurs at speeds between 60 mph and 80 mph And Vibration/movement can be reproduced while driving on smooth roads (vibration/movement not caused by road surface) And All tires are in balance and road force vibration is within specifications (see NTB11-062). ACTION Replace the front passenger seatback assembly and front passenger headrest. IMPORTANT: The purpose of ACTION (above) is to give you a quick idea of the work you will be performing. You MUST closely follow the entire SERVICE PROCEDURE as it contains information that is essential to successfully completing this repair.

ACTION Perform the following to the affected seat: A. Replace the climate controlled seat control unit. B. Drill a hole for the new harness clip. C. Replace the harness connector of the climate controlled seat control unit. IMPORTANT: The purpose of ACTION (above) is to give you a quick idea of the work you will be performing. Generator Harness Dealer Inventory This bulletin applies only to vehicles equipped with VK56 Engine Type. *****Dealer Announcement***** Nissan is conducting a quality action to inspect the generator harness on specific 2017-18 Titan vehicles in dealer inventory as identified in Service Comm. On some of the affected vehicles, the generator harness may have been pinched between the frame and the cylinder head. Affected vehicles are not subject to stop sale and are either currently in dealer inventory or assigned and in transit to the dealer. Nissan requests dealers to inspect all the affected vehicles, prior to sale to help ensure customer satisfaction. *****What Dealers Should Do***** PLEASE FOLLOW THE ATTACHED REPAIR INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Verify if vehicles are affected by this quality action using Service Comm or DBS National Service History ? Open Campaigns I.D. PC673 - New vehicles in dealer inventory can also be identified using DBS (Sales-> Vehicle Inventory, and filter by Open Campaign). - Refer to NPSB 15-460 for additional information - Please continue to check newly arriving inventory for campaign applicability. 2. Dealers are asked to use the attached procedure to help ensure the generator wire is positioned correctly and confirm there is no damage from electrical arcing. - If the generator wire is or can be properly positioned and there are no signs of electrical arcing/damage, the vehicle may be immediately released for sale. - If there are signs of electrical arcing or damage, the VEHICLE MUST REMAIN ON HOLD AND CANNOT BE RETAILED.

NOTE: If this should occur, the Air Bag Diagnosis Sensor Unit is in Diagnostic Mode and needs to be returned to User Mode. ACTION 1. Use CONSULT-III plus to check for Air Bag DTCs and perform repairs as needed. 2. Return the Air Bag Diagnosis Sensor Unit to User Mode.

2016-2018 TITAN/TITAN XD AND 2012-2018 NV1500/2500/3500; ANTENNA STANDARDIZATION SERVICE INFORMATION For the applied vehicles, the replacement antenna base and antenna mast styles have changed to a new style, shown in Figure 1. The old style has been discontinued. If for any reason the old style antenna base needs to be replaced, both the base and the mast must be replaced as a set with the new style shown in Figure 1. If the vehicle still has the old style antenna base, as shown in Figure 2, and only the mast is damaged, a replacement antenna mast can be ordered.
