SummarySome vehicles may exhibit that the air bag warning light turns on or repeats cycles of turning on and off with DTC B1126:13 and/or B1127:13 stored in memory. *B1126:13 - Driver-side side air bag module circuit open circuit or resistance high *B1127:13 - Passenger-side side air bag module circuit open circuit or resistance high This issue is caused by one or both of the following: *When the driver or passenger moves, a load is applied to the seat back and the load may cause displacement of the mating terminals in the side air bag module connector, resulting in insufficient contact and higher resistance. *The DTC detection level is too sensitive. To eliminate these concerns: *The design of the connector terminals in the side air bag module has been modified for firmer contact. *The DTC detection level of the SAS control module has been optimized.

SummarySome customers may complain about the following symptoms occurring when driving without anything ahead (no metallic object reflects the radar wave such as a vehicle ahead, an oncoming vehicle, a road sign or a guard rail). *While using Mazda Radar Cruise Control (MRCC), the MRCC cancels by itself. NOTE: The customer may misinterpret MRCC cancellation as unintended braking. MRCC cancellation feels the same as the steering wheel cancel button being pressed or the brake pedal being tapped. *When MRCC is not in use, "Safety and Driver Support Systems Temporarily Disabled. Front Radar Obscured." message appears in the instrument cluster / "Remove dirt on the front radar sensor" message appears in the center display and related i-ACTIVSENSE functions stop working. This is caused by the front radar (under specific road conditions) detecting a false error as if the radar sensor is dirty, resulting in cancellation of the MRCC. (no metallic object reflects the radar wave such as a vehicle ahead, an oncoming vehicle, a road sign or a guard rail).
