  Certain Maserati MC20 (M240) MY22 MY23 MY24 listed in MODISCS+ are involved in a Rapid Update to install “Spacers” inside the seat guide rails on BOTH Driver and Passenger side seats. On some vehicles, the electronic seat movement may potentially stop when it reaches the end of its range, making it difficult to adjust the seat afterward. To avoid this issue, a spacer will need to be inserted in front of the limit switch to prevent the mechanism from reaching its absolute limit.

  We have received several reports regarding issues encountered during the execution of FOTA campaign 740, particularly on MC20 vehicles. Initial analysis indicates that these sporadic issues are occurring on vehicles where the final target software has not yet been installed. Please note that some VINs included in CLR 740 require two separate FOTA updates to complete the campaign, as detailed in the VIN list provided in bulletin MAS004603. The second update can only begin after the first update is successfully completed. Additionally, several hours may pass before the second step is automatically triggered. This delay is dependent on vehicle usage and the availability of network coverage.
