  Adaptive Cruise Control Sensor 1) If you are replacing this part due to the cluster displaying Clean Radar Sensor in Front of Vehicle or DTC C1266 ACC Sensor Blinded, please verify that there is no blockage in front of the sensor. Blockage can occur from mud, ice, snow, front end damage, bracket damage, the sensor not attached to the bracket properly or an aftermarket fascia installed. This fault can occur intermittently in muddy or icy/snowy conditions and is considered normal operation. Under some circumstances, a misaligned sensor can also cause the C1266 DTC, please complete an alignment procedure. No replacement is required.~ 2) If you are replacing this part due to the cluster displaying ?ACC/FCW Unavailable Service Required?, please check the DTC fault codes. This will indicate which module needs to be serviced (TCM, PCM, ESP/ABS, etc). This fault is not due to the ACC Sensor. No sensor replacement is required.~ 3) If you have fault code DTC C125E ACC Sensor Adjustment Required, please verify that the radar sensor is fully seated in the clips and there is no damage (if clips are damaged on a 2013 or earlier vehicle, order P/N 68085813A$, otherwise please replace the module), please verify there is no blockage to the sensor due to mud, ice, snow, front end damage, bracket damage or the sensor not attached to the bracket properly. Perform the Vertical Alignment and the Electronic Horizontal Alignments procedure as stated in the service manual. Please note, if the horizontal alignment procedure will not complete, check the vertical alignment and confirm that the sensor is seated properly. Rerun the horizontal alignment procedure. No sensor replacement is required. **Hints for running Horizontal Alignment procedure: A) Verify speed is between 45 and 75 mph, B) verify the road is relatively straight with signs, poles, guard rails, etc C) Do not tail a vehicle too closely this inhibits the learning procedure

  Hands Free Module Prompts Begin Erroneously This bulletin involves diagnosing and based on outcome, either performing a USB flash or replacing the Mopar accessory Hands Free Module (HFM). A customer may experience the Uconnect prompts begin to play without pressing the Voice Recognition (VR) button. The prompt may repeat itself two or three times before exiting. The customer satisfaction enhancements are included with this software release. NOTE: After the HFM has been updated it will receive these enhancements: · Reduced ?Device Reading? wait time after connecting a device to the remote USB port. · Call / dial separation improves upon names being recognized as phone numbers. · Improved sound quality during Bluetooth streaming. · Increased iPod and iPhone compatibility. · SMS messaging support via Mobile Application Part (MAP) protocol (not all phones support the MAP protocol). · Added ?None of These? and ?Correction? to the phone book prompt menu for better handling of similar names. · Previous button will return the song currently being played to the beginning of the track. · AirPlay feature ?Dock Connector? no longer needs to be manually selected on Apple devices. This will resolve the ?No Audio? condition when the device is connected to the remote USB port and dock connector is not selected. NOTE: USB mode resume will no longer 'resume' after ignition is OFF.

  RHR Radio Issue Description: Issue 1: While performing RHR radio reflash (software update), on rare occasions, the flash can fail to properly update the radio resulting in the radio running in Emergency IFS mode. This error condition can occur due to interrupting the software update, background radio operations interfering with the reflash process, etc. The radio will reboot, but with limited functionality ( may include but are not limited to: NAV, Voice Recognition, Bluetooth, or AUX jack are inop, no available space shown on HDD, etc.). The radio can still be properly updated by simply reinserting the software update disc and performing the reflash procedure again. To assist in the verification that the radio is running Emergency IFS perform the 1. Power on radio~ 2. Press MENU H/K~ 3. Press System Setup S/K~ 4. Press Manage HDD S/K~ 5. Press Display Available Space on HDD S/K~ 6. When running Emergency IFS, all items under Used, Available, and Capacity report as dashes Issue 2: If you are having troubles connecting a phone or a MP3 player, try removing the battery on the device and then going through the pairing/connection procedure again. If you cannot remove the battery on the device, perform a reboot. Each manufacturer has a different series of buttons to hold down to perform a reboot. If the problem still persists, try the device on another like vehicle with the same radio. If you are having the same connection issues on another like vehicle, the device may be faulty or it may not be compatible with the RHR radio. Go to www.chrysler.com/hostb/crossbrand/owners/en and click on ?Bluetooth Phone Compatibility Test Results? link for a list of phones that are compatible. For MP3 players and media storage devices, only .wma, .aac, .mp3, .sacd, .jpeg & .jpg files are supported. Remove all other file types and reevaluate the concern.   RHW RHP Radio Software Enhancements This bulletin involves upgrading the software on the RHW or RHP Radio. The customer may experience one or more of the following conditions. Navigation voice prompt is now announced near maneuvers such as exit ramps. Radio freeze when playing large number of .M4A or .WMA files,and recovers with ignition cycle. Battery signal strength display is not displayed into the radio screen (with iPhone 5). Traffic Announcement and Voice Recognition share the same volume control. Traffic Announcement volume drops after phone calls. Mismatch in the ?Distance to next turn? between the radio and EVIC displays. German translations are incorrect. Radio reset when copying certain .MP3 files from USB flash drive to the radio. Radio stations info is not correct into the right side of the radio display (radio menu). Radio mute issue in tuner mode. Preset loss during/after AF Switching. Erratic alternate frequency switching. Bluetooth phone muting during European traffic announcement. Enhancements to the loss of preset condition. Lost channel presets, home addresses, address book entries & Travel Link favorites. Not able to change default country and state then route. Unable to load .jpeg files onto hard drive to display on touch screen. Vehicle with Start/Stop feature, the screen will go black when the engine turns off at a stop. (International only). Cancel key inoperative after pressing the international button. iPhone 4 dial not possible after second call. Devices button disabled in VES menu. Unable to route to a recent route after a map update. Duplicate phone numbers in popup after pressing the international button. During active call and on hold, DIAL button should be displayed (not ?TONE? button). International button not visible. Point of Interest (POI) Search enhancements. Devices button wrongly labeled as DVD using the remote DVD player. iPod, track selection enhancements.
