On some vehicles, the electronic seat movement may potentially stop when it reaches the end of its range, making it difficult to adjust the seat afterward. To avoid this issue, a spacer will need to be inserted in front of the limit switch to prevent the mechanism from reaching its absolute limit.

Through the direct support of professional technicians, the Aftersales Tutorship Team with the supervision of the HQ Blue on Line Team will be able to carry out detailed diagnosis on reports coming from the network. If an intervention on a component under Tutorship is needed (see Tutorship List attached), you will have to create a Blue on Line as a Support Request. It’s important that you accurately follow the instructions that you will receive and do not replace a component without authorization.

The upholstery may have been assembled in a way that caused the double-sided adhesive to improperly bond with the fabric portion of the carpet, potentially leading to detachment. The procedure involves carefully inspecting the area, and if any sections are found to be insufficiently adhered, applying a patch using a specially designed tape prepared for this purpose.
