Summary2018-2019 INFINITI VEHICLES; DISPLAY CONTROL UNIT SERVICE INFORMATION SERVICE INFORMATION If the Display Control Unit (DCU) needs to be replaced on an APPLIED VEHICLE for any reason, follow the steps in the Service Procedure to: - Confirm proper diagnosis and repair with TECH LINE to obtain DCU order approval, then place the order with DENSO. NOTE: The DCU order approval process does not apply to 2017 model year and earlier models. TECH LINE authorization is not needed for 2017 model year and earlier models. - Configure the Multi AV system. - 2018-2019 QX30 vehicles only: Register the replacement DCU. DCU registration is necessary whether or not the vehicle has an active Infiniti InTouch Apps subscription. NOTE: The original DCU must be installed in the vehicle while performing part of this procedure. DO NOT remove the original DCU until instructed.

SummaryCHASSIS CONTROL MODULE DTC INFORMATION SERVICE INFORMATION If one or more of the following Chassis Control DTCs are stored: - C1BA0-00 - (CHASSIS CONTROL BRAKE SYSTEM) - C1B90-00 - (DIRECT ADAPTIVE STEERING SYSTEM) - C1B92-00 - (BRAKE CONTROL SYSTEM) - C1B93-00 - (ENGINE/HEV SYSTEM) - C1B94-00 - (TRANSMISSION SYSTEM) And One or more additional DTCs, other than those above, are also stored in a control unit other than the Chassis Control Module. - Perform the diagnostic/repair procedures for the additional DTCs of the other control unit FIRST. - Refer to the Electronic Service Manual (ESM) for DTC specific diagnostic information. Do not replace the CHASSIS CONTROL MODULE (CONTROLLER ASSY-IDM) if additional DTCs are present.

SummaryAIR BAG WARNING LIGHT FLASHING INDICATING SYSTEM DIAGNOSTIC MODE IF YOU CONFIRM The air bag warning light is flashing slowly (repeating 2 seconds ON, 2 seconds OFF). NOTE: If this should occur, the Air Bag Diagnosis Sensor Unit is in Diagnostic Mode and needs to be returned to User Mode. ACTION 1. Use CONSULT-III plus to check for Air Bag DTCs and perform repairs as needed. 2. Return the Air Bag Diagnosis Sensor Unit to User Mode.
