If you get a vehicle in for this, remove the covers in the headliner for the ANC microphones and check if the insulating foam is damaged or folded over as shown below. We've found this may be the reason for the noise.

Summary"Owner notification letter - On some 2018 Accord Hybrid vehicles, if an incorrect high voltage (HV) battery is installed the DTC P0A80 (Replace Hybrid Battery Pack) will be set. If the correct HV battery is subsequently installed, the DTC P0A80 cannot be cleared as required and may lead to a failed Inspection and Maintenance test. The new software version eliminates this issue."

Check that the mounting bracket is not bent or out of shape. Check if the radar unit for play by trying to twist it. If there is play, remove the radar unit and check each mounting clip for damage. Replace all clips that have damage or missing tabs.
