ENGINE, VEHICLE SPEED CONTROL
I was approaching a red traffic light. I merged into the turn lane, hit a bump in the road and the car lunged forward on its own and accelerated. I was able to apply the brake and not hit the car in front of me. This was terrifying and put me and the cars ahead of me at risk. The car has not been inspected because Fisker Service no longer answers the phone to help customers with safety or mechanical issues. You can be on hold for hours and then they hang up on you. There were no warning lamps or messages prior to the problem. The mobile technicians have been laid off so there is no help for customers with issues.06

BACK OVER PREVENTION: WARNINGS
The parking sonar will sound but there is no indication where the area of concern is. Meaning it will ping slowly and then speed up as nearing collision, but I don't know if it is coming from the front, the side, etc.

EXTERIOR LIGHTING
Ghost lights - the backseat lighting turns on and off during driving. It can be turned off after a few presses from the front overhead controls, but then will turn on again on its own. This creates a dangerous situation at night. This has been happening since the update to 2.0 software.

SERVICE BRAKES
Common issue that many have reported - when braking, if there is a change in traction, the brakes release momentarily and the car takes a longer distance to stop. There is one place on my daily drive where it happens consistently and I can reproduce at will.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM, UNKNOWN OR OTHER, LANE DEPARTURE: BLIND SPOT DETECTION
- The key fob does not open the door immediately, and sometimes not for 5-10 minutes. Today, I had cold groceries and I stood outside my car trying to unlock it for 10 minutes. The fob didn’t work and neither did the app on my phone. My mother-in-law often rides with me and she is elderly. She would have had much difficulty in the heat waiting for the car to unlock (luckily not with me today). Any number of emergencies require immediate access to the car - it should…I don’t know…unlock immediately when the unlock button is pressed. - Sometimes while sitting in traffic, the car will randomly go into “park.” If I have to move quickly to avoid an accident or make way for an ambulance, that is very problematic. - Interior lighting randomly comes on, which is especially troubling at night when trying to focus on the light from outside. - blind spot monitoring and radar detection randomly become unavailable several times per week and because I’m used to relying on an indicator before switching lanes, it causes risk.

The contact owns a 2023 Fisker Ocean. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the air bag warning light was illuminated and a system braking assist message was displayed. The contact stated that several other unknown warning lights were illuminated. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired by an independent mechanic or dealer. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and a case was opened. The failure mileage was approximately 2,000.

numerous occasions of collision warning braking system activating, sometimes applying brakes, and sometimes just the warning. Alternatively, initial attempts of braking do not work, and only releasing the brake pedal and reapplying will initiate actual braking. Six examples with date, time, and location via maps pin have been provided to Fisker. They attempted to reset software once, but even as the problem persists ,they have not re-assessed the vehicle. most severe example listed below.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM, ENGINE, FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE: AUTOMATIC EMERGENCY BRAKING
I just bought/got my Fisker Ocean Extreme, it barely had 500 miles on it. I have already had numerous issues with this car. Ex, emergency braking system, electrical, GPS, sensors, honestly you name it! The company has been of no help, I was on hold for 5 1/2 hours today. Only to hear from a robot telling me my call is important and that an agent (that never came) would be right with me. The cat also has ZERO capability of AC nor Heat at the moment. It’s well over 100° where I currently live with humidity. I can’t even drive my vehicle at the moment unless the temp outside is believe 80°. This is absolutely absurd. I tried to take the car back to the dealer, they explain that they don’t have any Fisker techs onsite nor do they know anything about the vehicle. HOW CAN YOU LEGALLY SELL A CAR THAT YOU CANT SERVICE OR KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT? This is completely unsafe and now I am paying a car payment for a vehicle I cannot safely drive.

Our Fisker Ocean has experienced occasional power lapses, but we could overcome them by switching driving modes. This afternoon on our return drive home the car shuddered when approaching a red light, and my ADAS alert went off. A few miles later the car would not proceed at all, and I switched driving modes but without luck. Pulled over and conducted the soft reset of the car's operating system, still no luck. If I could sense patterns, this has only occurred after updating to the car's operating system to 2.0. And it seems the car disagrees with our warm spring temps, as these incidents didn't occur in February or March. Submitted a work order 2 weeks ago for the deceleration issue (as well as no air conditioning and a strange fan noise), no one from the company has followed up.

VEHICLE SPEED CONTROL, WHEELS, EXTERIOR LIGHTING
The vehicle accelerates on its own when I try to slow down at traffic lights and turns. Almost hitting pedestrians and cars in front of me. The lights in the back seat turn on while driving indicating to the police that I’m doing more than driving in the car The body parts so low quality the door handles are brittle and breaking. They cut my fingers and my kids fingers when we were opening and closing the doors. This car is more than hazardous, it’s highly dangerous to be certified for roads.

There is an electrical component to this vehicle that is not shutting off. I charged the car to 80%, drove approximately 12 miles, locked the car at approximately 3:45 pm and it sat until 9:45am today. The vehicle has drained to 68%. I have proof of the charge for Electrify America and proof of the mileage.

The ADAS system has constant problems. However, on [XXX] 2024 all ADAS systems failed during a road trip to Jacksonville, Florida. I charged the car to 100% for the first time. All ADAS and the HVAC quit working. The car has had a repeated Ultrasonic Sensor Fault Warning nearly constantly every sense. In addition, the blind spot warning sometimes identifies cars and sometimes it does not. I have video of all of this. On May 5, 2024 three passengers were locked in the rear seat of the vehicle. The door lock button in the car would not unlock the rear passenger doors, nor would the remote, nor would trying to open the door with the handle. Approximately 1.5 hours later, the rear doors unlocked. However, the rear passenger overhead lights would not turn off.

SERVICE BRAKES, SUSPENSION
I am not sure if this involves the breaking system or the suspension system. However, my car is on 2.0 software. Whenever the break is applied on un-even pavement while pressing the break pedal, the breaking fails very briefly but enough for the car to lunge forward. This happens repeatedly. The two most scary moments both involved speed-bumpers in the road. I did not see a pedestrian entering into a cross walk on [XXX] . The cross-walk was guarded by a road bumper, I quickly applied the break but the car lurched forward. Luckily I did not strike the pedestrian. The second time occurred when leaving the parking garage of [XXX] yesterday. When exiting the garage there is a bumper on the exit ramp, I applied the breaks but the breaks failed and I hit the side walk. This caused damage to both rims on the passenger side. POWER TRAIN, FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE: ADAPTIVE CRUISE CONTROL, FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE: AUTOMATIC EMERGENCY BRAKING
The vehicle accelerates when foot is off accelerator and vehicle going over a small bump on road that causes the vehicle to lift a little. This lifting causes the vehicle to accelerate without warning. The accelerate is quite sudden and at high speeed. The ADAS system often malfunction. Emergency breaking has engaged on several occasions on low speeds. Lane keep system often malfunctions. Collison prevention system has issued warnings on numerous occasions when foot off accelerator and vehicle slowing down and at least 1/2 to 1 car length behind a vehicle.

FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE: AUTOMATIC EMERGENCY BRAKING, LANE DEPARTURE: ASSIST, LANE DEPARTURE: BLIND SPOT DETECTION
Loss of braking occurs when either slowing down using regen braking or applying brakes if driving over uneven or rough pavement. For example going or railroad tracks. Lane keep assistance pulls car into turn while driving around on ramps. It should not pull you into turn of same direction. Blind spot warnings are intermittent and requires reset of software or pulling over and retarting car. Brakes have automatically been applied in situations that did not warrant aggressive braking. I pulled into my driveway with another car in front. While pulling up and parking going under 1-2mph, my fisker aggressively applied emergency braking.

Multiple system warning lights come on at various times when driving the vehicle. These startle my wife and she is concerned with the safety of the vehicle. When she lifts her foot off the accelerator the brake and accelerator shimmy and move causing alarm that something is wrong. System says charging ports is randomly open while driving, the lane departure or blind spot detection is unavailable. None of the has been addressed since I cannot get anyone to contact me back to schedule a service appointment to even look at the car.

SERVICE BRAKES, EXTERIOR LIGHTING, FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE: ADAPTIVE CRUISE CONTROL
After reporting multiple times to Fisker about the Brake pedal, which is very loose (lots of gap between the pedal resting position to the braking , no response from them. I have several incidents about stopping the car, either delayed response or sudden stopping which makes it unpredictable. Needs immediate attention to fix the brake pedal.
