Customers may experience one or more of the following: Arabic language is missing. Navigation inoperable. Bottom menu bar of the radio is non responsive or frozen. After viewing the weather map following a flood advisory popup, the main soft key's at the bottom of the screen may not respond when pressed. Radio will not turn off. Poor AM/FM Reception. Radio may reset, turn itself off and then back on again. Radio display screen lock up. Park assist chime will continue to chime after the vehicle is turned off. Uconnect Live feature may not function properly.

Upon further investigation the technician may find that the following Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) has been set: P0456 - EVAP System Small Leak.If DTC P0456 is present use the wiTECH Small Leak Verification test (SLVT) to determine if a leak is present in the system.Perform this software flash only on vehicles with less than 57 miles on the odometer.
