  On several M 1000 XR, M 1000 R and S 1000 RR vehicles with Front telescopic fork covers (Part numbers31 42 1 754 557 and 31 42 1 757 701) lubricant residue is visible on the right fork cover. This is assembly grease, not a leaking fork cover. Several covers have been leakage tested and no leakwas found.
