2. Software Level Check: If on the RSU list, check if the DTCM already has the latest software. If it does, the bulletin is considered complete, and labor operation 18-19-07-C1 (Inspect Software Level) is used.
3. Reprogramming: If the DTCM does not have the latest software, it must be reprogrammed. Labor operation 18-19-07-C2 (Inspect and Reprogram) is used for this step. Any issues during flashing should be reported to the Helpdesk.
4. DTC Clearance: After reprogramming, any DTCs that may have been set in other modules due to the process will be automatically presented by the wiTECH application and should be cleared.
