  The contact owns a 2022 Lexus LX600. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 24V381000 (Engine and Engine Cooling); however, the part to do the recall repair was unavailable. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue. The contact had not experienced a failure. VIN tool confirms parts not available.

  I have had several incidents of having to accelerate quickly and the engine stalled out. i reported it to the dealership and they claimed they could not recreate it and sent me on my way. Now that there is a supposed recall I would like to get my motor replaced or at least scheduled asap

  My car has had a rough idle off and on for 1 year. What is really scary is that 2 times in the last two weeks I have lost engine acceleration when pulling into traffic.

  UNKNOWN OR OTHER, BACK OVER PREVENTION: WARNINGS

  I own a Lexus Lx600; when I Stop the car, it is still in the drive or reverse position( or mode), then press the engine button, and the engine will turn off. so, if you are parking a car uphill it is very dangerous; with no warning and no safety mechanism, the car starts rolling, and the driver can be in the middle of getting out, I explained to the dealer, and they verbally explained to me how the Lexus LX600 was designed. It is very dangerous, and someday, one can lose one's life because the Law allows it. This should be prohibited by Law. My Old Honda Pilot 2013, that have this future.
