  WIRELESS CHARGING PAD OVERHEATING & INOP Do not replace wireless chargers before verifying these, 1. Does the customers Device have QI charging compatibility (supports Wireless charging)? (there are some phones not supporting wireless charging function) 2. Is the Device properly aligned for charging to initiate (also make sure that the Device does not slide/move easily while charging, causing the charging connection to break) 3. Check the backside of the phone if there is a metal plate/ring or accessory. It may block charging 4. Verify with the phone with no case if charging works well (case too thick, not QI certified case, case with accessories like a pop socket may cause not charging).

  Security Gateway Module (SGW) Software Update Customers may experience one or more of the following: ● Connectivity services will not work - including WIFI setup, Alexa, live traffic etc. Level 2 Plus functionality also affected/not enabling. ● SGW not responding to diagnostic and showing offline. ● Wifi cannot be setup. The following software enhancements are also available: ● Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) U3033-00 - Control Module Security Certificate Missing/Invalid and U3033-01 - Control Module Security Certificate Missing/Invalid - General Electrical Failure are both active or stored and cannot clear. This DTC will not turn on the Malfunction Indicator Light (MIL). ● If a Firmware Over The Air (FOTA) message appears specifically directing the customer to service OR repeated FOTA events are not being completed, then a manual flash is required for the SGW update. ● SGW module is not responding to diagnostics and is showing offline This bulletin involves inspecting and possibly updating the SGW to the latest software level in the case that the FOTA did not function.

  The service shifter message comes on in the cluster and the lever gets stuck in park "P" and it can be present the follwoing DTC: - U11E3 - TCM Lost communication with ESM on D-PT CAN - U0103 - Lost communication with Electric Gear Shift Module - U0101- Lost communication with DTCM - U0418 - Implausible Data Received From Brake System Control Module - U0402 - Implausible data received from TCM **NOTE: Prior any shifter replacement Refer to TSB-21-016-25 2024-2025 WS - Valve Body Replacement. Recommended Diagnosis procedure: 1. Confirm if U0101 -Lost Communication with TCM or U0418 -Implausible Data Received From Brake System Control Module are present, if so check the Valve Body CAN Terminals any corrosion. 2. Check the wiring connectors between the ESM and the TCM and check voltage. 3. Check the pin header for the ESM for any bent pins. 4. If wiring and voltage are good and the DTCs (U11E3 - TCM Lost communication with ESM on D-PT CAN & U0103 - Lost communication with Electric Gear Shift Module) are still present, erase them with the scan tool. Reset ECU. 5. if DTCs for loss communication are still active at the ESM and you are still unable to shift then replace the Shifter module.
