MobilityWorks (WMK Inc.) is recalling certain model year 2006-2014 Ford E-150, E-250, and E-350 vans modified by MobilityWorks to be equipped with certain model S2005, S2010, S5005, S5010, S5505, and S5510 wheelchair lifts manufactured by Ricon Corporation. The affected lifts are equipped with folding link arms that may have pivot holes that are too big, allowing the bearings to move out of position.
Cummings Mobility Conversion & Supply (Cummings) is recalling certain model year 2006-2014 Ford E-150, E-250, E-350, Chevrolet Express, 2006-2008 Dodge Sprinter, and 2009-2014 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, and 2013 Ford Transit Connect vehicles manufactured January 1, 2006, to October 8, 2014, equipped with certain model S2005, S2010, S5005, S5010, S5505, and S5510 wheelchair lifts manufactured by Ricon Corporation after January 1, 2006. The platform side plate of the affected wheelchair lifts may crack.

The platform side plate of the affected wheelchair lifts may crack.
Mobility Specialists, Inc. (Mobility Specialists) is recalling certain model year 2007-2008 Ford E-150 vans modified by Mobility Specialists and equipped with Braun NCL-2, and NVL-2 wheel chair lifts. Over time, and with frequent use, the roll stop latches on the outer barrier of the lifts in these vans may become bent or misaligned.
Front end camber toe in has been adjusted but keeps toeing in makes tires wear. Hard to keep going straight allways sways. Dashboard stops working and windows don't work. Started doing this at around 100,000 miles. Will turn back on and off. Sometimes gas pedal stops working Can't tell speed. There are a lot of these happening to this model

ENGINE STALLING AT RED LIGHTS INTERMITTENT. NO ENGINE LIGHT. IN TOWN. NO POWER STEERING ALMOST CAUSE ACCIDENT. THIS HAS HAPPENED SEVERAL TIMES.

WHILE IN MOTION TRAVELING DOWN HIGHWAY I HEARD A BANG AND THE ENGINE BEGAN TO KNOCK AND A SOUND OF AIR WAS COMING FROM ENGINE AND LOST HORSE-POWER. I FOUND THE SPARK PLUG BLEW OUT OF THE #3 CYLINDER. I HAD TO REPAIR, AND NOW THE PLUG HAS DROPPED DOWN, MAY HAVE TO SPEND UP TO $3,000 TO REPAIR/REPLACE ALUMINUM HEADS.

VAN HAD TROUBLE STARTING SO TOOK IT TO DEALER, THINKING IT MIGHT BE PLUG/INJECTOR-RELATED. SHOP CONTACT INDICATED LEAK IN FUEL RAIL, DUMPING GAS ONTO ENGINE POTENTIALLY RESULTING SOMETHING THAT COULD IGNITE AND EXPLODE. THE 2007 SERIES 150/250/350 WITH THE LARGE 5.4 (?)L V-8 ALREADY HAS A RECALL FOR THIS EXACT ISSUE. THOUGHT IT WOULD BE WISE TO POINT OUT SAME PROBLEM WITH MY WITH THE 4.6L V-8. VAN HAS ~43K MILES.

THIS IS THE FIRST TIME A HEAR ABOUT AN AIR BAG THAT BLOWS BY IT SELF,, ON TOP OF IT, IN THE PARKING LOT WHEN THERE WAS NOBODY INSIDE. I ASKED FORD TO SEE IF BY ANY CHANCE THERE'S SOME RECALLS ABOUT THAT SITUATION AND THEY SAID NO ... GOOD THING THAT IT DIDN'T HAPPEN WHEN THE DRIVER WAS DRIVING...CAN JUST IMAGINE THE SCENE...
