There was a wreck up ahead, and two tow trucks with their emergency lights flashing were blocking the left two lanes. Traffic was stop-and-go due to the existing wreck. I was traveling in the lane to the right of the tow trucks as I approached. I stopped about 1–2 car lengths behind them. When traffic started to move, I began to move forward and advanced about a car length when the automatic emergency braking (AEB) activated and slammed on the brakes, even though the path in front of me was clear. The person behind me rear-ended me. Luckily, no one was physically hurt, but there is damage to our car that now has to be repaired, along with all the headache that brings. If this had happened at higher speeds, it could have resulted in serious injuries. My family’s safety and the safety of others are definitely at risk because of this phantom braking. I would welcome an inspection of the black box and AEB. Feel free to contact me if you can facilitate this. The vehicle has not been inspected by anyone yet. There were no warning lamps or messages prior to the phantom braking. However, this has happened previously; this is the first time it resulted in a wreck. From what I’ve seen online, this appears to be a common problem, and the dealership does not have a definitive fix.
My 2021 Chevrolet Blazer RS equipped with the 3.6L LGX V6 experienced catastrophic engine failure at approximately 90,200 miles. The vehicle had no prior warning. The dealer diagnosed the timing chain / lift/ cam damage. I am requesting investigation into whether this represents a safety or durability defect affecting other vehicles

As I accelerated after the traffic light turned green the vehicle stalled. I was able to move the vehicle to the curb on XXX [XXX] is a two-way road. The vehicle stalled while on an active road which could have led to my vehicle being rear ended causing potential injuries to myself and other drivers. The engine turned over and there was fuel in the gas tank, however, the vehicle wouldn't start. A warning light showed: "low battery", but since the engine was trying to start, it seems unlikely that the battery was low. A second warning light showed: "battery saving" mode. These lights appeared once the vehicle was parked on the curb of the road. The vehicle was towed to David Chevrolet, a GM dealership on [XXX] about 2 miles away.
