Summary2018 Expedition/Navigator, 2018-2019 F-Super Duty, 2019 E-Series and F-650/F-750 vehicles built on or after 9-Jul-2018 are filled with the new Motorcraft Yellow Antifreeze/Coolant. When servicing the cooling system(s) on these vehicles, use Motorcraft Yellow Antifreeze/Coolant VC-13-G (CVC-13-G for Canada). Do not mix different colors or types of coolant, including mixing Motorcraft Yellow with similarly colored Motorcraft Gold. Monitor OASIS for updates.

SummarySome 2015-2018 F-150, 2017-2018 F-Super Duty, 2018 Expedition/Navigator vehicles equipped with a vista roof opening panel may exhibit a concern with the glass panel brackets. The brackets may crack and/or break apart resulting in symptoms that include but are not limited to binding/sticking, glass stuck open or closed, noisy operation including chatter, rattling, or grinding. The roof opening panel glass brackets are available for service as a kit (FL3Z-1651070-C). Refer to Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 501-17 for diagnosis and repair procedures. Make sure the track is free of debris prior to assembly. For claiming, use causal part 1651070 and applicable labor operations in Section 12 of the Service Labor Time Standards (SLTS) Manual. Labor operations for removal and installation of the glass and glass brackets (guides) apply.

SummarySome 2013-2018 F-150 and 2017-2018 Expedition/Navigator vehicles may exhibit an intermittent grinding noise coming from the right or left IWE area in 2WD mode. This may be caused by an intermittent leak in the check valve. Before completing any normal diagnosis suspect that the check valve is the root cause of the issue. If the check valve has been ruled out as the root cause for the issue refer to Work Shop Manual 308-07 and follow normal diagnosis.
