SummaryTSB: Some 2011 ? 2016 model year CT 200h (2ZR-FXE equipped) vehicles may exhibit a ?runs rough? and/or MIL ?ON? condition with DTC(s) P0300, P0301, P0302, P0303, and P0304 (Misfire) during light acceleration while the Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) system is active. This condition can be caused by clogged EGR ports in the Intake Manifold Assembly. If the EGR ports are clogged, then replace the intake manifold assembly to address this condition.

SummaryTT: Some customers may encounter Bluetooth connectivity concerns such as: Difficulty to pair the phone. Intermittent Bluetooth failure to connect to the vehicle when first turning on the vehicle. Various Bluetooth Audio functions are no longer functioning with the customer's phone such as ability to change the track using the steering wheel controls. These concerns can be caused by changes made on the customer's phone. Make sure to inquire with the customer if the connectivity concerns occurred after receiving an operating system update on their phone or they have restored their phone data/settings recently.
