  INFINITI; FUEL TANK IS EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO FILL IF CUSTOMER REPORTS: Customer routinely experiences difficulty fueling the vehicle at different fuel stations (filling nozzle shuts off every few seconds while filling at multiple stations and using multiple filling pumps). IMPORTANT: - If the customer does not report the above symptoms, this bulletin does not apply. - If the customer reports intermittent (but not consistent difficulty re-fueling), this bulletin does not apply. ACTION: Perform the Inspection Procedure in this bulletin, starting on page 4, only if the customer reports symptoms as described above. NOTE: Refer to the Repair Overview on page 2.

  CAMPAIGN BULLETIN Fuel Hose Voluntary Service Campaign This bulletin applies only to vehicles equipped with a M274 2.0L engine. ***** Retailer Announcement ***** INFINITI is conducting a Voluntary Service Campaign to replace the low-pressure fuel hose on 15,617 specific MY2016-18 INFINITI Q50 (V37) and MY2017-18 INFINITI Q60 (CV37) vehicles equipped with M274 2.0L engines. The low-pressure fuel hose connected to the fuel pump may not meet INFINITI design specifications. As a result, a small amount of fuel may seep out at the clamped portion under cold temperature and cold engine conditions leading to a detectable fuel smell. ***** What Retailers Should Do ***** 1. Verify if vehicles are affected by this service action using Service Comm or DBS National Service History ? Open Campaign I.D. P8314 - New vehicles in retailer inventory can also be identified using DBS (Sales-> Vehicle Inventory, and filter by Open Campaign). - Refer to IPSB 15-286 for additional information - Please continue to check newly arriving inventory for service action applicability. 2. Retailers should use campaign bulletin ITB18-024 to replace the low-pressure fuel hose on affected vehicles. 3. The service department should submit the applicable warranty claim for the action performed so it can be closed on Service Comm and release the vehicle.

INTRODUCTION Infiniti is conducting this voluntary service campaign on certain specific model year 2016-2018 Q50 and 2017-2018 Q60 vehicles equipped with the 2.0L turbo gasoline engine to replace the low pressure fuel line. This service will be performed at no charge to the customer for parts or labor. IDENTIFICATION NUMBER Infiniti has assigned identification number P8314 to this campaign. This number must appear on all communication and documentation of any nature dealing with this campaign. DEALER RESPONSIBILITY Dealers are to repair vehicles falling within range of this campaign that enter the service department. This include vehicles purchased from private parties, vehicles presented by transient (tourists) owners, and vehicles in a dealer?s inventory.

SERVICE INFORMATION This bulletin has information for two services for which a technician may need additional help: - While performing DAST CALIBRATION (MODE1), the calibration may stop or will not start. - DTC C13E9-00 (BOOTING ANGLE PROCESSING) and C13EB-00 (BOOTING ANGLE PROCESSING) are stored and cannot be erased. The above conditions may indicate that DAST CALIBRATION (MODE1) was not performed correctly or was not completed correctly. Use the SERVICE PROCEDURE in this bulletin as an aid to correctly perform and complete DAST CALIBRATION MODE 1. NOTE: - The SERVICE PROCEDURE in this bulletin does not contain all of the required steps. - The Electronic Service Manual (ESM) must be used together with this bulletin. - This bulletin contains additional clarification as an aid to perform DAST CALIBRATION MODE 1.

  DBS Enhancement: Custom VIN Campaign Report INFINITI is pleased to announce the availability of a new DBS enhancement to the Service > Campaign screen: Custom VIN Campaign Report. The tool identifies open campaigns on a customized VIN list loaded into DBS for INFINITI and Nissan vehicles. The following personnel will have access to this tool: - Retailer: Executive Managers, Service Managers, and/or Service Directors - Regions: Regional Aftersales Manager (RAM), Area General Manager (AGM), Fixed Operations Manager (FOM), Regional Service Operation Managers (RSOM), and Retailer Technical Specialist (DTS) The VINS can be loaded individually or up to 10,000 VINs at a time. If you have more than 10,000 VINs, each incremental VIN file of 10,000 or less VINs will need to be loaded prior to selecting the Check For Open Campaigns option. The report can be viewed on screen or exported to Microsoft Excel and will identify the following for each VIN loaded into the tool: - Open Campaigns (ID and description) - Model Code, Model, and Model Year - Current Repair Status Blank: Repair order (RO) has not been opened yet Unrepaired: RO has been opened for the campaign, but not closed or submitted o Repaired: RO for the campaign has been closed and a warranty claim has been submitted - Current Claim Status o Blank: RO still open o Unsubmitted: A warranty claim for the campaign repair has not been submitted o Submitted: A RO has been closed and a campaign warranty claim has been submitted for payment o Suspended: The campaign warranty claim has suspended for one or more errors o Rejected: The campaign warranty claim has been denied for some reason (by retailer or NNA) o Paid: A campaign warranty claim has been submitted and paid by NNA, but the vehicle has not yet been removed from the NNA open campaign vehicle table - Stop Sale Applicability - Parts Restriction Applicability (If restricted, SVC order must be used to acquire parts)

  INFINITI; SERVICE INFORMATION FOR DTCS B2EF0 AND B130C This bulletin applies only to vehicles equipped with Telematics. SERVICE INFORMATION Diagnostic information in the Electronic Service Manuals (ESM) for the following DTCs may be missing or incorrect: -B2EF0 ? INTERNAL BATTERY (CIRC VOLT BELOW THRESHOLD) -B130C ? TCU (Telematics Control Unit) PAIRING ERROR If one of these DTCs is stored, follow the steps listed below along with the Electronic Service Manual (ESM) to compete the required repairs. DTC B2FE0 ? INTERNAL BATTERY (CIRC VOLT BELOW THRESHOLD): 1. Start the engine and let it idle for 30 minutes (to allow charging of the TCU internal battery). 2. Verify the DTC can be erased. 3. If the DTC will not erase, replace the TCU. DTC B130C: 1. Collect all keys, and then re-register them to the vehicle. 2. Verify the DTC can be erased. 3. If the DTC will not erase, replace the TCU. NOTE: The related Electronic Service Manuals (ESM) will be updated at a later date. CLAIMS INFORMATION Refer to the current Infiniti Warranty Flat Rate Manual and submit a claim for the repairs performed.
