Summary2020 TITAN; DTC P288B STORED IN THE TCM IF YOU CONFIRM DTC P288B (PARK LOCK SOLENOID) is stored in the TCM. NOTE: The customer may have stated: ï· The following warnings turned ON in the vehicle information display and speedometer (see Figure 1). And ï· Two attempts were required to shift out of Park. ACTION 1. Confirm the current transmission control module (TCM) part number. 2. Reprogram the TCM, if applicable. NOTE: If DTC P288B stores again, after successful reprogramming, refer to ASIST and the ESM for further diagnosis/repairs.

Summary2020 TITAN AND TITAN XD; TELEMATICS (IVC) SERVICE INFORMATION SERVICE INFORMATION The vehicles listed under APPLIED VEHICLES that come equipped with a factory installed navigation system also come equipped with a wireless communication device called a Telematics Communication Unit (TCU). With an active NissanConnect Services⢠subscription, the TCU communicates with the Nissan Data Center to provide various security and convenience services. This bulletin contains important service procedures that must be performed properly in order to set up and maintain the telematics/in-vehicle communications (IVC) system for the vehicles listed under APPLIED VEHICLES. ï· - A table has been provided on the next page that lists the steps required to successfully configure a TCU after it has been replaced. ï· - A check-off sheet has been provided in this bulletin to print and check off steps as they are completed. Staple the completed check-off sheet to the repair order.
