Refer to page 4, step 8 in the SERVICE PROCEDURE to confirm an update applies to the Display Control Unit (DCU) of the vehicle being worked on. - Confirmation is determined by comparing the DCU part number with those listed in Table A on page 4. 2. If this bulletin applies, update the DCU software. - See REQUIRED SPECIAL TOOL on page 2. NOTE: The updated software resolves the items above along with improving software stability.

Nissan is conducting this quality inspection as part of its investigation into a potential bracket assembly issue, and will use inspection results to confirm potential for affected vehicle outflow. *****What Dealers Should Do***** 1. Verify if vehicles currently in new dealer inventory are affected by this quality action using Service Comm or DBS National Service History ? Open Campaign I.D. PC660 - New vehicles in dealer inventory can also be identified using DBS (Sales-> Vehicle Inventory, and filter by Open Campaign). - Refer to NPSB 15-460 for additional information - Please continue to check newly arriving inventory for campaign applicability. 2. Use the attached procedure to inspect any vehicles affected by this quality action: - If no immediate repair is needed, dealers may submit the applicable warranty claim for the action performed so it can be closed on Service Comm and release the vehicle. - If the inspection result is ?NG?   Engine Coolant Voluntary Service Campaign ***** Campaign Summary***** Nissan is conducting a Voluntary Service Campaign to drain and refill the radiator on specific 2017 Nissan Pathfinder (R52) and Rogue (T32) vehicles. Due to an issue at the plant that has since been corrected, the radiator glycol/water coolant concentration mix ratio may be out of specification. Customers may notice poor heating performance as a result. ***** What Dealers Should Do ***** 1. Verify if vehicles are affected by this Voluntary Service Campaign using Service Comm I.D. PC652. 2. Dealers are requested to repair any affected vehicles in dealer new or pre-owned inventory to ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Dealers should use NTB18-066 to correct any vehicles subject to this campaign. 4. Once repaired, dealers should submit the claim, using the claims coding provided, and release the vehicle.

The engine coolant in the radiator will be drained and refilled. This service will be performed at no charge to the customer for parts or labor. IDENTIFICATION NUMBER Nissan has assigned identification number PC652 to this campaign. This number must appear on all communication and documentation of any nature dealing with this campaign. DEALER RESPONSIBILITY Dealers are to repair vehicles falling within range of this campaign that enter the service department. This includes vehicles purchased from private parties, vehicles presented by transient (tourists) owners, and vehicles in a dealer?s inventory.
