Upon further investigation, Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC) P052A-00, P0011-71, and/or P000A-00 are found stored in the Powertrain Control Module (PCM).

An issue has been identified on certain vehicles within the listed Affected Vehicle Range which may experience the Satellite Digital Audio Radio Service (SDARS) system 'freeze' on the current channel, not allowing users to select another channel. Issue: 1/ When the iPhone is connected to Bluetooth, the user gets an incoming call. The user will not be able to hear the callers voice. In order to hear the voice the user has to go to the phone screen options and select the vehicle phone tab and ensure it is checked. 2/The iPhone disconnects during or after phone calls.

Any of the following DTC's may have been triggered: P203B, P203C, P203D, P215C.
