  REDUCED VEHICLE LOAD CAPACITY LABEL (REGULATORY REQUIREMENT) This bulletin applies to vehicles equipped with dealer installed or VPC installed accessories. SERVICE INFORMATION The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) requires that any automobile dealer that installs accessories on a vehicle prior to first retail sale must install a special label (?reduced capacity label?) on that vehicle if the total weight of all accessories on that vehicle exceeds 1.5 percent of the vehicle?s gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) or 100 pounds, whichever is less. This includes accessories that the dealer installs (dealer installed factory accessories and dealer installed aftermarket accessories), and accessories installed at the Vehicle Processing Center (VPC) prior to the vehicle being delivered to the dealer. IMPORTANT: Failure to comply with this requirement may result in penalties imposed by NHTSA. Follow the instructions in this bulletin to help meet these requirements.

  SERVICE INFORMATION Temporary tire Flat Spotting is common on New Dealer In-Stock vehicles that have not been occasionally moved. Flat Spotting can occur after the vehicle has been parked (not moved) for a few days, or longer. In most cases it is temporary. In extreme cases it can be permanent. Vehicles should be moved every 30 days, in one direction only, enough to rotate the tires 90° (see Figure 1). Moving vehicles as shown in this bulletin will prevent tire Flat Spotting.   IF YOU CONFIRM: "Brake Judder" during braking, especially when braking at highway speeds. Symptoms of "brake judder": - steering wheel shake - body vibration - brake pedal pulsation IMPORTANT NOTES: If any symptom above occurs when cruising or coasting (not braking), it is not "Brake Judder" and may be tire/wheel related. DO NOT CONFUSE "Brake Judder" with the rapid consistent-speed pedal pulsation that may be felt and only occurs when ABS is activated during hard braking or on slippery road surfaces. ACTION: 1. Inspect the front brake rotors to determine if "machining" ("turning") is possible or if replacement is necessary. 2. Replace both pad pins in both front 4-piston calipers (see PARTS INFORMATION). 3.   SERVICE INFORMATION Occasionally customers may notice water vapor or fog in the headlamps. The information, illustrations, and flow chart in this bulletin are provided to help you in determining if an incident for water/condensation in the headlamps is normal or not. Infiniti?s new vehicle limited warranty does not cover physically damaged (cracked or broken) headlamps. All current headlamp assemblies are vented to the atmosphere (not sealed). - This is necessary to allow for expansion and contraction of air from temperature "variations" (warmer or colder) without damage to the headlamp. - Moisture in the air sometimes "travels" into and out of the headlamp assembly through these vents. - Certain environmental conditions may cause moisture to condense. - The fogging/cloudiness should disappear over time when the headlamp is in a dry environment. Perform DTC confirmation steps in the Service Procedure. 4. Confirm 1st trip DTC P0603 is not stored. Nissan North America (NNA) is not responsible for damage to glass that is a result of objects striking or scratching the glass. However, NNA is responsible for manufacturing issues such as distorted glass and cracks that are due to improper installation or damage to the glass during vehicle assembly.
