Summary2019-2020 QX50; RATTLE FROM MOONROOF Refer to the SERVICE PROCEDURE on page 2 if directed here from ITB20-009. IF YOU CONFIRM A rattle type noise is coming from the moonroof in the areas circled in green in Figure 1 AND The rattle goes away after removing the moonroof inner finisher(s). NOTE: The rattle noise may be intermittent and may be heard from one or both sides of the vehicle. ACTION Apply flocking tape to the moonroof inner finisher on both sides of the vehicle.

Summary2019-2020 QX50; DOOR FINISHER DISCOLORATION/FLAKING DUE TO WINDOW TINT INSTALLATION SERVICE INFORMATION If the aluminum trim on any door finisher is discolored and/or flaking on an applied vehicle, this may have been caused by the fluid used to install aftermarket window tinting. Before applying aftermarket window tint/film on an applied vehicle, thoroughly cover the complete door finisher to prevent damage that could be caused by the window tinting fluid. IMPORTANT: Damage to the door finisher will not be considered warrantable if it is found to be caused by the fluid used when installing aftermarket window tinting.

SummaryAmerican Automobile Labeling Act (AALA) Labels Retailer Inventory ***** Campaign Summary ***** INFINITI is conducting a Quality Action for retailers to replace the American Automobile Labeling Act (AALA) labels. The AALA label on affected vehicles was inadvertently printed with incorrect transmission manufacturing location and percentage breakdown of parts content by country. Affected vehicles are not subject to stop sale and are either currently in retailer inventory or assigned and in transit to the retailer. In the interest of client satisfaction, INFINITI requests retailers to apply the replacement label on the affected vehicles prior to retail sale. ***** What Retailers Should Do ***** 1. Verify if vehicles currently in new retailerâs inventory are affected by this quality action using Service Comm or DBS National Service History â Open Campaign I.D. PC714. ï· - New vehicles in retailer inventory can also be identified using DBS (Sales-> Vehicle Inventory, and filter by Open Campaign). ï§ - Refer to IPSB 15-286 for additional information ï· - Please continue to check newly arriving inventory for campaign applicability. 2. Use the attached procedure to remedy vehicles affected by this quality action. 3. The service department should submit the applicable warranty claim for the action(s) performed so it can be closed on Service Comm and release the vehicle. 4. Retailers will receive one (1) label for every affected vehicle in retailer inventory via USPS. Labels will be sent to the Service Managers attention. If replacement labels are needed, please send your request to: [email protected] along with your retailer name, address, VIN, contact name and phone number. ï· - Labels will be mailed beginning October 23, 2019 and should arrive no later than October 25, 2019.

With an active Infiniti InTouch Services⢠the TCU communicates with the Infiniti Data Center to provide various security and convenience services. This bulletin contains important service procedures that must be performed properly in order to set-up and maintain the telematics system for the Applied Vehicles. ï - A table has been provided on the next page that lists the model and year-specific steps required to successfully configure a TCU after it has been replaced. ï - A check OFF sheet has been provided on page 13 to print and check off steps as they are performed.
